The guys got here on time, performed the work required and answered all my questions throughout. Great job again.

Showed up on time once again, texted me just before they came out. Quickly fixed the issue and sent invoice documenting the issue. Will contact them again for future AC and heating issues. Tenant is noticing a difference already.

I’ve used Christmas HVAC twice now. First time was a heating issue. Tony came out diagnosed the problem quickly and problem solved. Second time was a cooling issue. I got Tony again. Once again he diagnosed the issue quickly and problem solved. Most important to me was honest service great attitude and very helpful. I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome than I received. Thank you Tony!

My HVAC finally gave out in the dead heat of summer in July of 23. I feel I got as much out of it that HVAC as I could thanks to Christmas air. I had my first 6 months scheduled service done and it was Tony. He explained what he was going to do. Very professional and knowledgeable he provided some advice for my new system things to watch for Etc. Once again very pleased. Thank you

They are always prompt and communicate well. After the storm knocked out our ac unit it took some repairs before they could even try to restart the unit. Sadly the conclusion was we were going to spend a lot of money to be able to do all the repairs needed and the better choice was to get a new unit. They quickly got that done for us.

Great service and professional! Explained everything that was going on and even used shoe covers in house! Love the fact that the Tech, Tony was very local to Argyle. Great stuff, Christmas Air!

We woke up with no heating downstairs (middle of an ice storm, bad timing). We called Christmas AC and Heating right away and they came by our house later on the same day. Tony fixed in no time. Very professional. Highly recommended!

Eric was early, efficient, professional with a nice personality. We will be using Christmas Air for our spring and fall service. 2 days later Josh and Israel came with the parts and were in and out in 40 minutes, as always very nice and professional people.

We only started using Christmas Air a few years ago. Their work is of the highest quality possible. Today’s experience reinforces that. Josh was able to identify the problem very quickly. Fortunately, it was a simple solution so all we had to pay was the service call. Obviously, that made us very happy. While he was checking the heating system he also alerted me to a potential problem with our water heater, which is outside of his responsibilities. Just another example of their people going above and beyond.

The technician, Garin, was very knowledgeable of what was needed to repair our heater which instilled in us confidence that the job would be performed correctly.
