1 Amazing doctors, horrible management. Ever since they switched to MyChart/Epic they love to overcharge. I have had multiple friends that I recommended this clinic before have the exact same issue.
I went for an office visit which with the previous system and the exact same insurance I only had a Co Pay of $30. But now with this newer system and the exact same insurance I was charged $30 in the office and got a surprise bill in the mail asking for even more money $89. I had friends that got charged the $30 copay with the same insurance that I have and then got sent a random bill for $120 on top of the $30 they got in the office.for just an office visit!
Spend more than 2 months trying to fix this problem but always got the run around from the office management.
Because of this I was forced to find another PCP Doctor, which is sad since I the doctors in that office are great.
