Whoever is charge of medical billing has some serious issues and unable to count. Drs are a joke come in see you for 5 mins run blood work then charge you for something that's been done several times. Then won't update the billing. I know medical is poor in Texas but come on now. Should've known better when my mother who had Alzheimer's passed away here. Even her Dr she had back in Scottsdale Az said it was a bad move

I’m giving a five star review for Dr. James Reynolds. He was on call one night I had to come in. He was so kind and considerate with my children and I. A wonderful and impressive doctor without a doubt!

Killed my farther during surgery, 2 doctors said to stop they continued he went into comma never woke back up then my mother commited suicide. Now come to find out this same doctor has paralyzed an 18 year old kid and class action lawsuit for 7 others hurt and good shepard keeps him working there the entire time till the state finely pulled his license. That's good shepard for you, now both my parents are dead because of you and 8 others suffering for life. Don't evwr go to this hospital inless tou wanna end up dead or a severe medical mishap. Very good place to have Dr appointments, get labs done, X-ray MRI and be treated respectfully by professionals.

I've had two procedures at Christus Surgery Center, and both
experiences rated high marks. Everything from check-in, prepping, and the procedure.
The wait time after check-in tends to fluctuate but is not too long.

I received care above and beyond here, I went for severe abdomen pain. I was treated with great care, respect, and kindness. I wish I could remember everyone's name I came in contact with and Thank each one for their kindness. Thank them for great care given to me.

Sent here from Marshall hospital for hypertensive crisis. Absolutely the worst hospital experience of my life. The ICU at this hospital is horrible. Extremely noisy, cold, uncomfortable bed. I was in severe pain & got nothing but Tylenol which didn't work. The doctor here didn't seem to care about my pain. I cried a lot. This was so stressful that it actually made my BP worse. I'll never come back to this poor excuse for a hospital.

From the beginning to the end of my visit, everyone was friendly, efficient, and courteous. The actual procedure was well-coordinated and professionally done. Instructions before and after were clearly explained.

I am 62 and scared to death of hospital stays b because most of my experiences are that if it is bad enough for hospital stay you don't come out.i fainted and got dizzy at Fri ER ends she worries and called ambulance.did not think they would take but blood pressure in 185/92 apparently is way high.the ambulance guys tried to reassure me reven tried to make me laugh.my grand daughter met at this hospital.still scared out of my mind the ER doc I have forgotten her name but was an angel.it was decided I was going to stay awhile I was on 320E and the night nurses and the PCT were great they let my grand spend entire stay with me.they were gentle kind and attentive.eased my fears and if I ever stay again (4days) this time I hope I go back to them.the attending doc listened to me really listen which is very rare you are young enough to be my grand and would in a moment.thank you babygirl maybe I had it wrong and

My daughter gave birth here on 11/13 and the room she was given for postpartum room W204 had a couch in it that had bed bugs. I was asleep and I woke up for whatever reason and low and behold there’s a bug crawling on my pillow. I was totally creeped out. I contacted staff they came in and treated us as if we brought the mfers there. I don’t have bed bugs and this is a room different families visit like a Hotel. There’s no telling who or when they were brought in. So they Wrapped all our belongings in plastic bags and told us we had to isolate in that room. Now I’m PISSED. We have a new born baby in a room that has bed bugs ohhh No! This nurse tells me oh they don’t live in material like this. Lmao okay so let’s see. I flipped the couch and what do I see… BED BUGS! They put us in another room and the next morning I see that room ready and made for the next patient.smh pathetic and disgusting.

I came into the hospital on November 9th, 2023. Your staff that night were 100% professional and caring. My nurse, Ms. Misty Greene, is and was an AMAZING caretaker. She listened and did everything go make me feel comfortable; she is a GREAT nurse and if I have toto return in the future I hope I get Misty Greene.

My dad Jason was in here for a massive heart attack a week and a half ago
The staff wasted no time helping him get in surgery for a a stint in his widow maker. Shout out to his nurse at night Jennifer on her friendliness and top notch work she was amazing can’t say enough about her. She was on night shift on the east tower third floor cardiac unit. Thank you good shepherd would recommend 100%! Love y’all for helping save my dad

The worst experience I have had in years out of this hospital Me and My boyfriend asked for a pregnancy test just to double check if we were having a miscarriage or not and the doctor said no it wasn't what was going to happen don't recommend this hospital it's apparently the worst hospital of the history of the year

I am so surprised how well everything went with my surgery. They never disappoint. I will always use this hospital. I’ve had many procedures here and will again if needed. They took care of me up and beyond any hospital I have been in. Thank you all again.

Stop! Do not go here. Find another emergency hospital. They way way way overcharge then lie on the reasoning. My husbands bill was a total of 17 grand for a ant bite. Insurance paid it all except 4 grand. The issue was for a 13 grand charge for “critical care”. I asked several times for a they charge to be itemized. Received it and it again said “critical care” and that’s it. Called and spoke to several people and was finally told that the charge was because he could have died? What? He was there for half an hour. He was not dying. They then said my husband told them that he was bitten by ants before and it affected his heart. Not true because we never lived anywhere that had ants like that. A flat out lie by this hospital! I wish I would have looked at the reviews before we went there!

Dr vincifora is the best he takes his time and explains all the ins and outs is procedures help you with your pain I guarantee it I recommend him and his staff any day anytime

This hospital doesnt check with your insurance before surgery and overcharges you when they make you pay up front before the procedure. I found out a few months later that they owed us over 500 because insurance wasnt checked.

Horrible ER nurse
He hates his job as he said many times. Wants to work for Space program an make big money. His aditude is horrable. Husband said I feel like I'm having a heart attack his response was nothing I can do. Way to much playing in ER by nurses. My husband couldn't breath are talk. Airway was blocked. No answered to call button. I think CGS should i put 1 star cause you can't post unless rate a statsince he hates his job.

When the Covid hit me, an ambulance took me to Longview to Christus. My care was super, the doctors, brought me thru it all. Then The VA sent me there to the pain clinic. Can't get any better care anywhere. I definitely Recommend this place as a place to get wonderful Care. I Have since then had several pain-relieving procedures. I cannot say enough good things about the staff, nurses, my doctor & my care.as Long as I have a choice and a Voice, I think I will always choose this place for my Care.
Well - I recently had another procedure. And I am so happy to report that this one was as near perfect as all of the prior procedures.

I need someone to contact me the people at the front desk violate my hippa rights smh and the security guard insulted me this happen between 8: 20-8: 30 am October 19 today
