Very nice and polite nurses and staff. Went in for bad cough would not go away covd test. I tested postive the staff was awesome doctor gave me some cough syrup, which did help stop coughing.

The staff talks about the patients and their medical issues amongst each other. Hipa doesn't exist here. They also don't listen to the patient fully without writing off their aliment. I know because I came here after an accident and experience this treatment. I heard them make fun of patients as well discuss their medical issues and make lite of it. I also had to beg for an xray and CT because I was hurting so bad and wanted to insure nothing was fractured or broken. The only thing nice about this visit was the xray tech. He was caring and considered. The doctor on duty was cold and heartless. Also I was there for 5 hours on a bed in the hallway no privacy what so ever.

Took my nephew in today because his toe was infected. They go above and beyond. I know where I will be going from now on if emergency happens. I'm still blown away on how great they are!

This review is about the doctor's office for regular and sick visits. I have never used the emergency room.

Went to the doctor three times for different things. All times I was basically told there was nothing the doctors could do.

I had intense stomach pain and they told me this was how my periods would be. This place told me to use a heating pad and my period would be less intense. Went to another doctor and was checked for cancer and several other tests. I am now on medication and can live a normal life.

I had intense stomach aches and headaches when I ate. They tested my blood and said nothing was wrong with me. I asked them why I kept passing out if I didn't eat often enough, or why sugar made me sick. They said my iron levels were good and nothing was wrong with me.

I also kept losing my voice off and on for a year. It was painful and vocal rest fixed the issue. I went to see if I had nodules. They didn't check anything and just told me I had allergies. Hmm.allergies caused a year of losing my voice? Just randomly got severe allergies like that and they didn't run any tests to see what I was allergic to?

That being said.the staff was always very nice and organized. The visits were easy. The office was clean. Visiting was always a pleasant experience. I just didn't get anything out of it.

Everyone at this hospital is so accommodating and nice, from the check-in desk to CT tech, Karol Whitehurst! Highly recommend this hospital!

I came to the hospital for minor surgery. My husband and I were extremely impressed with each and every person in attendance. They were all very professional and personable. My experience could not have been better. I would definitely recommend this facility.

I went in for a COPD Exacerbation, (could not breathe) this entire staff were excellent. They had me on the road to recovery in 3 hours, and I even got to return home. They only ER I will use. Again ANOTHER 5 star review, had to go in for a spinal fracture, MRI, my doctor was impressed at the fantastic MRI images. I will be able to get the surgery I need very fast. Thanks again! Great staff too.

My dad was admitted with covid to the ER where they let him lay there until his blood sugar hit 500! Said he had bilateral pneumonia and then said he didn't. Was transferred to Tyler after they let his blood sugar spike to dangerous levels and now he is in Tyler with severe critical covid pneumonia and possibly may not survive! Thanks alot for the negligence on your part!
If you love your family I'd suggest not letting this hospital treat them!

Excellent Staff. From Greeter, Rn, Xray tech to Dr. I come from a big City in PA. You don't get treated with respect and kindness like you do in the big city hospital

I would give this place a negative five stars if I could. My brother has went to this hospital 3 different times using my name. Then the hospital filed the visit on my insurance. I don't even know were this hospital is located. But I know that they don't check I'd at this place. Because if they did they would have seen my name come back again in May when I was at. I forgot to mention that I called the hospital back in February and they let him come back using my name again in May. Anybody know any good attorneys.

I took my daughter in with a kidney infection in pain and high fever. Despite us telling them what was wrong they didn't listen and gave her the wrong medication Christus emergency room is the worst they waste your time and your money (over 3000 dls) yea over 3000 for a pill and for keeping us in there. After some hours i told them i wanted to get my daughter out of there because they weren't doing anything to get the fever down that's when they gave her a pill and send us home. Not only they didn't cure the illness they made it worst after 4 days with whatever they prescript her I had to take her to another clinic because she was with high fever and getting worse that's when we found out they gave her the wrong medication
