They are the worst. My husband broke his arm and our pharmacy has a back order on a medication and they refuse to give him anything for pain and refuse to move it to another pharmacy. DO NOT GO HERE! They only care about the money not the well being of their patients. Helen was no help to my husband and his broken arm.

I went into er on 4th of July. They checked my vitals at the screening desk, nurse practioner on duty told me what was going on. I got my prescriptions, and was charged over 2000 dollars for that 2 minute conversation.

Went there with “extensive deep vein thrombosis” (life threatening issue) I sat there for FIVE hours & never saw a Dr.before I finally blew a fuse & walked out. They called me 1.5 hrs later wanting me to come back (it’s over 50 miles from there to my house). I went to Dr’s Regional the next morning & they were awesome! Spohn needs to go take some lessons & find out how to run a ER!

Good experience until I saw the male dr in my room, who after testing me gave me pain meds and a upper gi "cocktail" & sent me home. I was at a 10 pain level when I got there and left at an 8. Smh

It's never fun when you need an ER when on vacation. That said this ER was very pleasant and efficient. All staff were wonderful. Dr. Mena was amazing. Thank you!

Extremely rude staff and made me feel uncomfortable. After I explained why I was sick and in pain she said and that’s why you came and made a face. There were about two out of the whole staff that were kind and caring.

I had been having gallbladder issues for a while. They became severe to the point that I have NEVER been so I’ll before in my life. They asked how long the pain and nausea and stomach upset has been going on. I told them like 2 months on and off. They told me I had a 24 hour stomach bug and sent me home with an anti nausea meds….

Then the other three times I went in they did an ultrasound, every time it showed nothing. They gave me pain meds and sent me home.

Meanwhile my liver enzymes were high and my blood pressure was through the roof.

They just said, it’s cause your in pain.

So I finally got my gallbladder out. My gallbladder and the duct was blue. It had completely calcified. It could have burst. But this er told me over and over and over that it looked fine.

They should have at the very least done a cat scan since I kept coming back.
