2 I hate to be the first one to write a review and have it be a bad one, BUT, I was sorely disappointed in Live Oak Health Partners! At first I thought they would be a fairly equitable choice to Austin Regional Clinic and closer to my home in Kyle, but my visit was less than stellar. First of all, the office is hard to find. Second, my doctor did a poor job on my physical exam - he only asked me questions and didn't do all the things one has done at a physical - ears, throat, and eyes checked for example. However, he did casually ask me about some of my other health issues I had listed and I gave him a few brief notes on that.and then received an extra bill for $137 to cover the cost of his "consultation". That is by far the most expensive, minute per minute consultation I've ever had in my life. I think it averaged to around $25 a minute. Impressive! I wish I had known his advice to refer me to neurologist and give me a prescription would have cost so much because I would have never asked for it to begin with if so.
Overall, disappointing visit.
Just got off the phone with the staff about my kids. Very rude and would not want to help out. They have had four doctors in the past year. Do not go there. Find another doctor. They do not give the patients any help or help with their concerns. For your sake yay away!
