CHRISTUS Trinity Clinic, Tyler TX

For me it's the best place to go for medical attention. I've never been disrespected by any of the staff. They are always looking for ways to help you with the problems you are experiencing.

First and foremostly: the providers and primary phlebotomist at this clinic are great. I’ve been going here on and off since I was a teenager and have never felt unseen by them. But most of the office staff and nurses are very frustrating. Things take three times as long as they should, and I often have to explain myself multiple times because things were misheard or misunderstood. Visiting this location is draining for that reason. I’ve been given the wrong lab tests and the wrong prescriptions. I’ve had my personal information shared with the whole waiting room. It’s just not ideal.

Y’all I lost all hope with doctors, NP’s just health care in general and until I came here! Brandi Cox is by far the best! She has been my NP for 5 years now and I will trust no one else but her, she is the absolute best!

Horrible place just another reason I hate Christus. Got there as soon as they opened on a Monday and nobody was there and they still wouldn’t help me even though I’m a patient with Christus

Wow! I have never been so impressed from start to finish. My son, was nervous about going to his first visit to a new doctor, at age 19. The receptionist and nurse (Bryce) made him feel so comfortable. I just filled in the gaps. Dr. Gipson was very attentive to what Jacques’ concerns were and acting on those immediately. Just moving to Tyler we were both concerned about finding a PCP he could open up with and feel comfortable. Dr. Gipson surpassed our expectations!
