I had a wonderful experience at this clinic- pleasant staff, immediate help on a Sunday morning when my regular doctor’s office was closed for the weekend, and immediate diagnosis and prescription sent. I saw Dr Wilson here. Thank you!

I would have given zero stars if I could but it required a star to write a review. The receptionists were great. But I sat in that waiting room for over an hour and there were a total of two patients in the back being seen. I was in tremendous pain, and when the receptionist asked how much longer it would be, the nurse said she didn’t know how much longer. So I left and went to the ER. A half hour after walking in the front door of the ER, I am about to be discharged. I couldn’t even be seen in an hour at the urgent care. That is a long time to sit in pain. I do not recommend this place at all.

I was taken back at 2: 15 pm after a brief wait in the lobby and was swabbed for strep and flu. No one checked on me for 3 hours and all the while I heard the nursing staff chatting outside my door about what covid was like in 2020 and how Washington State was so different from Texas - this went on for 25 minutes …I timed it in my boredom. At 5: 15 I finally thought to look on their online chart app and was able to pull up my results for myself - they had been posted to the app at 3: 15. At that point I got up, opened the door and walked out of the clinic and no one said a word. This was the WORST experience I have ever had with any health care provider and I will never be going back. I don’t even understand what the people there were doing. It sounded as if no one there was in charge or had any idea how to run a clinic. I’m just floored how terrible this was. If I were them I would be ashamed to even charge for this.

They need to take it off of the google search and their website if they don't do virtual appointments because I scheduled one for my 4 year old because we both are at home sick and they canceled and then I found out that they don't do virtual appointments but i was scheduled through the site so that shouldn't be an option anymore. That is an inconvenience and misrepresentation to people who think they have an appointment set especially when they really need it.

Very professional as soon as I walked in the door. The girl that checked me was so nice. I had about 50 minute wait. She told me it would be a wait. The nurse practitioner was so sweet and her medical assistant was just super good and professional. They said they were going to help me and they did.

Yes I do work for Christus, but I have been here twice in the past two months. From check in to checkout everyone was nice, courteous, and professional. I felt like they valued my opinion and listen to me. I saw Laine NP (first time) & Caitlyn NP the second time. They educated me on information (even though I am a nurse…they treated me like a everyday patient). The wait was not horrible long at all. The nurses were very nice and pleasant. Definitely will be back for something like urgent care needed! Thank you!

I always bring my daughter here when she is sick and needs immediate care. They are sweet, attentive, and take CHIP. Sometimes there is a wait but they can't help that. They are always very responsive to all concerns.

Very polite, clean, prompt and professional. Tried another 24 hr er clinic in town. They treated me like I had the plague because I was self pay. I probably make more a year than the snobby girl in herls that waited on me.snobbysno

I went to their urgent care feeling bad. I was visiting Texas and had out of state Blue Cross which covers Urgent Care visits but not a regular doctor visit. I asked for urgent care and was diagnosed and given a prescription. I returned a week or so later for a follow up visit.
They billed my insurance as a regular doctor appointment which it would not pay. When I called their billing department and also went back asking them to bill as urgent care they refused. They said even though the outside sign says urgent care they will not bill that way. So I ended up paying for the visits all myself irregardless of my insurance all because they would not bill as an urgent care.
Their billing staff was very uncaring and rigid and could care less about my problem. I certainly don't think they give any honor to the name they have chosen for their business

Had sinus issues for a couple of days and all of a sudden, felt like someone poured water in my ears. Didn't want ear problem to get worse, so went to this clinic because I have always loved Taylor Medical clinic. Was told Dr.wasn't there, but could see a PA. Went back quickly, nurse who took my info was super. Then came the most unfriendly, uninterested PA i have ever encountered. He looked in One ear and at my throat and said I had a sinus infection involving my ears. He said i see you are allergic to penicillin, what do you want me to give You? I told him I had no idea, very seldom had a need for antibiotics. He prescribed Clindamycin. I asked what about for the ears, he said take Sudafed. After 5 days of diahrreah and nausea and no improvement I called and asked if they would send me a different antibiotic. Was told someone would call me back. 2 days later I made that same call and was told that the notes said I would have to come back in and be re evaluated. They didnt know why no one called and told me that, sorry. Made an appt with my PCP and she said it was worst inner ear infection she had seen (by now I have finished his 10 days of antibiotics). So instead of one antibiotic meant for sinus infections, I had to get 3 different medications and RESTART 10 days of hoping to feel better. Will never step foot in that place again.
