Not happy with Mother Francis being so pushy regarding the so called COVID vaccine. If COVID vaccine was a REAL vaccine, then folks that received the vaccine and boosters, would not get sick with COVID, yet EVERYONE I know who took such vaccine, still got COVID, and a few even died. Medical establishments need to stop trying to pushing a political narrative down their patients throats.

I was suppose to have an echo test. Their systems were down and I was rescheduled (after I drove all the way there). I was suppose to go today but it turns out they didn’t reschedule me after all and can’t do it until October. The women on the phone were no help. No apologies were given.

I have had 3 referrals sent over for a sleep study going back to last year. I finally got an appointment to be told wait another 60 days for a take home test. The dr I did speak with on my appointment was good, but nothing should be this difficult to get scheduled.

I was in the ER today and watchd an elderly couple as the wife was being seen. I watched as the patient needed attention and was not helped by any of the nurses who were sitting at their station with their phones in their hands. I watched the radiology employee trying to help her as much as she could while no one in the ER were helping. I was heartbroken to see this. I wonder if any of yall would treat or want your mother treated this way. Ill make sure to take my mother or wife or daughter to athens or tyler. I will hope for better care there. DO BETTER!

Appointment are never on time. Call center has now messed up 2 appointment. When u stress how important your time is to be on time they laugh at u. Not sure this clinic cares anymore!

I have already reported this initially in patient feedback but I wanted to wait to leave this public review until I finished my toxicology class and med phys 2. That way I would be able to use the correct terms. Last summer I was bit by a brown recluse. I present to the ER here and the FNP tells me it probably wasn't that and that I have the flu. I have a clear bite mark, a photo of the dead spider, and I'm able to explain my symptoms really clinically. I had all the hallmark symptoms, couldn't stop vomiting, and I was crying from how bad the cramps were in my arms and legs. They gave me Zofran/Ondansetron for the vomiting. When I asked why since Zofran is mainly for gut irritation-induced vomiting he rolled his eyes and told me he thought I had stomach flu and that this kind of bite reaction would be really rare to see outside of a pediatrics. He also tested me for strep and covid. I had a bite mark on my arm and am yellow with intrahepatic jaundice and they are swabbing my nose and telling me I have the flu and covid. I am in an SMP program at a medical school and yet they are telling me that I have "white coat syndrome" and my heart rate is up bc I'm "scared of doctors". Nothing made sense and I feel that if I hadn't had the background knowledge from school I probably wouldn't have been able to advocate for myself and know to go to another clinic. They did eventually give me an antibiotic after I cried and pleaded with them, but not after rolling their eyes and making it clear they didn't think I needed it "just to be safe".
The next week I go to an actual physician (not in Canton), who diagnoses me with systemic loxoscelism as a result of the bite. They could not believe how jaundiced I was and I had a white rash all over my body. He does a full workup and of course my liver enzymes (AST/ALT), prothrombin, and bilirubin are crazy high and I'm still in severe pain. He starts me on the proper meds and pain relivers, and scheduled me for follow up bloodwork a few times after. It was so nice to have the validation and concern instead of eye rolling, dismissiveness, and being told that my high heart rate and symptoms were the flu or "white coat syndrome".

Huge lack of compassion and concern. I understand that some individuals go to the "ER" for any and every thing, but that is not the case for everyone. My 8 year old was the only one in the ER at the time. It took 45 minutes to be see by anyone. Another 45 to be asked for a urine sample, only to walk out of the room to every staff member on their cell phones. When I asked for the supervisors information they tried pushing us out the door without giving it to me. I have called and left Heather Hines messages and still have no response 5 months later. Unprofessional and uncaring.

Went in to rule out DVT due to a hard knot, swelling, and tenderness close to the site of my last chemo infusion. Not only did the ultrasound tech not run the wand over the actual area where the knot is, he chose that spot to grab my wrist. When I cried out he just looked at me, still squeezing! I wasn't in pain before my visit, it was just tender to touch. Now it's throbbing and I have no confidence in the test results.
