Took a long time to receive the parts. They are very thorough in tracking and receiving discontinued items. The place is professional and understands when a vehicle needs a part there is no substitute for genuine Mopar.

Bought a part showing in stock but it was not. Waited over 2 weeks and had zero communication from the store. Had to contact on my own for every update. Very poor and frustrating experience

Ordered an interior part on an older vehicle on Capitol/McKinney's website who had the part cheaper than mopar standard price. Follow up email allowed me to track the package and received it on time and was packaged well to prevent shipping damage. Thanks to the Parts Department!

Overall the experience was good. My only complaint is after placing the order I didn't receive an email confirming the order and there was no way to check on the status. My first indication my order was on its way was through my FedEx account, I received a shipping label created notification. I did receive my order in the time expected and was the correct part and worked.

WOW! Received the charger today. Super fast delivery (Ordered Friday from you in TX, delivered to my door Monday in Maryland) and great price. My local dealer told me 6 to 10 weeks and "about" $799.00! As a retired old Ford parts manager it's good to see there are still dealers with customer service in mind.
