First of all Kudos to Christian the being the only person actually working this past weekend. I watched him go from the registers, to the prizes, to the back, getting food, then back to the register. I thought he was the only one until other people walked out from the back. I'm not sure if they need to hire but one person can only do so much! These places can be expensive therefore you expect a certain experience. We won't be back to this location but thanks again Christian for ringing us up, getting our drinks, and also showing patience as my 4 year old took forever to pick his prizes.if anyone of upper management sees this (because I doubt local management will even acknowledge this young man) please give Christian a hats off and some sprt of thank you! After what we experienced he deserves it.

Didn't eat this time however I do love their pizza. Went on a Wed more ppl than other Wednesdays when we go. My 2 yr old got to play for an hr. (he always has fun) won a lot of tickets but in the end when we went to cash out still didn't have enough for a little blue car he wanted.it was like 550 tickets so maybe nxt time. A girl was cleaning tables like crazy (good) the girl who greeted us was nice and quick service. Hate going on the wknds when their really packed. I keep to my Wednesdays for now.

We ordered fries and we got raw cold fries. The staff at this location are the worst. Waited over 30 minutes to get cold raw fries. The woman who handed my husband the fries was laughing because she knew what they were doing.

It's Ok, a little bit more expensive than I expected but my 2 years old had good times.

My autistic son loves this place and they do a sensory friendly time every Sunday morning for children sensitive to noise. We always have a great time.

Just know the food is outrageously overpriced. You might want to sell a kidney before going if you have a big family.

The workers are sweet and Chuck E is always fun.

Did yall know they do time-based play now, and not just tokens? You can get a card good for two hours unlimited!

My niece had her birthday party there yesterday and everyone from the staff worked extra hard to answer questions and do all their duties with cheerful hearts. Great place. Clean and lots of fun. Thank you.

Really good prices for time cards and it's great they give a pause option on the card for when it's time to eat. Rarely had ice when needed, fruit wasn't too fresh at salad bar, but other than that, everything else was pretty delicious, including the salad bar options and pizza. I only wish they had more drink options - everything was so sugary and just had soda. If only they added some fresh sweet and unsweet tea for the adults. Not everyone enjoys soda or tap water.or even drinks beer.

Food is way too expensive.
Kids love chuck e.always hug him. Love playing the games.

I Don't get to go here anymore I have no more little grandbabies they're 12 and older miss this place we used to have so much fun

My kids still love to play at this place. I like the new game card system. The pizza was way too expensive and did not taste good at all. Very disappointing.

Y'all are the best your food was fantastic I been to other Chuck E Cheese the very bad taste I would recommend my friends there anytime Maggie Choate

Great salad bar and the staff was super friendly and helpful when setting up my nephews birthday party!

I took my son here and overall it was fun for him and we would go back! They had plenty of games for a wide age range. The reason I rated it as a 4 star instead of 5 is because the food isn't the best and kind of reminds me of cheap little ceasers pizza in which you're paying a lot more for. Also because the prices are so high and the employee wasn't either knowledgeable enough or outspoken enough to help us pick what option was best for us in terms of game time and etc. We ended up getting two cards for one kid thinking we would need them and one went to waste completely. But overall, my son had a blast and that's what it's all about so we'd go back regardless. Oh and the birthday party prices are ridiculous price wise yall! I was considering it for my son but not after seeing the prices.

What a fine establishment, my sister is special needs we went to this location to celebrate her birthday. From the moment we walked in Katy, Kiki, and Desiree were phenomenal at ensuring my sister had such a magical time there. Their hospitality and service is beyond words. We left with our hearts full to know that their is still good in the world. I highly recommend this Chuck E. Cheese to anyone.

Staff was friendly, my cousin had fun. Food was not good. Definitely not a place I'd ever want to eat at. The kids had fun and the staff was kind.

Wasn't to bad went to a bday party. Wish the works was more enthused about working there everyone seem sad inside and it showed on the outside lol. It was my lil girls first time visit she had fun. Not to much a 2 yr old could really do.
