Took my younger siblings here and the bathroom had actual s**t smeared everywhere.never again.
Is wasn't that great yesterday the table stayed dirty for up time got there until left the staff isnt helpful what so ever. The place was dirty need to be clean. Come on chuckechesse get It together.

Girl up front took wrong order, we were given stuffed crust pizza, instead of original!
Seen JOE, let him know we were given the wrong order. He went to go check on it for us. He not only brought us the correct pizza but went to go see what we were charged and brought us the difference! Wow! Amazing service!
Rip off. 1 medium pepperoni pizza, 2 soft drinks and 30 minute play card = $43. Across the street at GattiTown. 2 buffets w/salad bar, 2 soft drinks, $10 play card = $28. Chuck E Cheese also has a help wanted sign on their door offering $9/hr. They over charge their customers and underpay their staff. Shameful.
It was good. Customers were not wearing masks except for me. For 250. All you can play wrist bands for 9 kids it was great. Just though all these kids fingers and adults fingers but mostly the kids hands touching everything touching the mouth you know they're not washing their hands like every 30 minutes could be a dress maybe put a hand sanitizer station or have somebody go and wipe down the games every now and then because you can get staff as well.
First time to a Chuck E Cheese since I was kid. Where I’m from, ours wasn’t worth going. THIS ONE IS! My daughter was begging to go and I am so glad we did. Staff is very helpful and nice. Place is clean and pizza is great. Really enjoyed our fun time before going back to school.
If you have a younger kid, Chuck E Cheese is perfect. Most of the games are designed for little ones. My 4 year old was able to swipe her own game card most of the time. The food was pretty good too.
Chuck E cheese is not what it used to be! There are nothing but young, immature, irresponsible kids working there and it's frustrating when you're asking questions and they have NO answers! We were ordering our food and the kid that was taking our order kept playing around and talking to her co worker so I had to keep repeating myself! Very annoying. The food is over priced and our wings and fries came out COLD! When I told the kid who brought our food to us he stood there like a deer in headlights and didn't say anything? WOW! Chuck E cheese you really need to get older staff or properly train the young staff you have! I spent $40 and feel like I didn't get my money's worth at all with food or games! HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED AND FRUSTRATED!
I recently took my 5 year old to Chuck E. Cheese on South I-35 as a reward and he loved it! You can purchase a card to play games based on the amount of time they play instead of number of games. We went on a Wednesday and there was a special so it was a great deal. Look online before going to check out the deals because you have to specifically request to get the deals. The place was very very clean, well maintained, and all but one game worked. We had a great time will definitely go back again!
It was clean and everyone working had masks. Customer did not all have masks. However they had way to many games that where not functional.
Its not the same like it use to be The pizza was alright but it can be better. The salad bar wasn't all that great. They could've cut the lettuce a little bit more professionally. It could've been medium cut. Like come on really! Oh forgot sunflower seeds makes the salad great! Baken bits!
Was clean and the staff was very friendly. Have never had a problem here. The pizza was hot and fresh. Salad bar was delicious.
We go for the FUN! My kids love all the games and the characters crack us up. Pizza was to be expected. You get what you pay for and we will be back.
