Chuck E. Cheese's reviews
18I brought the kids out finally to enjoy themselves and we came to the most popular place for kids and wow the prices are unbelievable and have of the games were working. I should have stayed home for this
Wow can I say busy. But I wish the ticket prices where lower. I have to pay 15.00 for something that was 3.00
Spooktacular was no different than any other night. Chuckey never came out. Social distancing was not being practiced and people were walking around both adults and children, without a mask. Children were climbing on rides while in motion and everyone had a tummy ache after eating the boneless chicken wings.
Came to this location because the Allen location is closed permanently and we wanted to get out of the house. This location doesn’t have a great selection of games and the games they do have seem a little outdated. Other than that, no complaints. The employees were very nice and welcoming. The food was cooked fresh and hot. We were actually the only family inside the building for about 30 minutes which was pretty awesome. Overall, we’d definitely return.
Celebrated my Son's 5th Birthday here. The service and facility were top notch even though we are in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Will come back again. Highly recommend.
It's been several years since we last went there. Never had high expectations but was surprised to see that the games were new and clean. Perhaps we went there when it was non peak time, too.
Chucky cheese ran out of the store and proceeded to eat the crust out of my toes for this gesture I rate this place five stars
Good pizza, tons of fun. The prices are good. Lots of fun games that give bunches of tickets. The front cashier was rude. The manager was rude. And theby were busy and under staffed. Long lines for everything.
Nice clean location, most games worked, unlike the Allen location. Still expensive though, but the rewards program will help.
The service is gerat and whenever a kid wasn't having fun the staff would slap and/or spank the children
Excellent Stuffed Crust Pizza! I was shocked. It was fun, and the Kids loved the Birthday Party!
Hostess need more energy for these birthday parties! She was a pleasure just seemed inexperienced.
Good pizza. Thin crust is better than most. Wings are ereally good but can take a little while. The new unlimited points system is really nice for kids to play whatever they want to. We will be returning if only for the super friendly staff.
The manager Melody picked on me and my family all night yesterday.
She had a disgusting attitude and picked on my young beautiful wife all night.
I would say they should throw her in the back to do dishes but I'm sure her nasty ass attitude would Rub off on the dishes.
The cherry on top was getting a food poisoning from that old ass pizza they sold us. I wouldn't doubt it if she had something to do with it.
Great customer service! A few of the games were broken but the staff gave out refunds (tokens) and/or tickets you lost in broken games
Awesome place to have birthday parties for kids. My twins loved their birthday we celebrated here, a little disappointed because I had a lot of plans for decorations, and they don’t allow anything to stick on walls, but the host was very creative and helped us to celebrate awesomely.
Kiddie style pizza and amusements. Kids love it. To me, it's just noisy and food taste terrible.
I miss the robots. Three TV's with muppet wannabes just doesn't cut it. This one doesn't even have a ticket blaster both. Instead they just take a bag of tickets and throw it on the kids like a desperate guy throwing doller bills at strippers.
I left this place with less will to live than when I entered.
