Jesus and Mo were extremely attentive. Church Services always goes above and beyond to make sure their clients are beyond satisfied. I’ve purchased 2 HVAC units and a water heater from them, will not work with anyone else.

Its been a yr since having my unit replaced by this company and its been excuse after excuse when its time to come out for maintenance/issues.
•Wires hung from the side of my house for over a month
•Supervisor never showed up after the work was done as he stated he would
•No showed for 1st to routine maintenance procedures (said covid had them short staffed)
•No showed completely on a 3rd
•Almost a yr later one of their techs said things were done backwards
•Filter wasn't installed now they say it wasnt apart of the $11,000 A. C.unit i purchased

Danny and Priscilla came out to check my cooling system. They were thorough, courteous, informative and fun. They explained some things that I have going on in my system very well. I also felt like they were honest with me and not just trying to sell me stuff.
I look forward to working with them again.

MORE RECENTLY…. My mom called for a plumping fixture leak. Nickoli (spelling?) helped my elderly mom and was so very good to her. My mom said he went well beyond what was his job to do. She is very grateful for the over the top and kind help. I’m very grateful that my sweet mom was treated so well.

Attempted to use this company for some additional inspections during option period of a home. Was told (incorrectly) that they could not set the appointments up since I was the buyer and the seller would have to contact them.

Overall these guys are a life saver. Clive, the guy who helped me, made the whole process painless and worked efficiently. Would highly recommend there services to anyone who is trying to cool off this summer.

Edit: I am no longer using Church Services because of the extremely poor scheduling and customer service. Over the past two years I've scheduled multiple service calls and every single time no one has shown up. This last time was the final straw: I scheduled an appointment two weeks ahead of time, on the appointed day no one showed up, I called in to ask what had happened and was told the appointment was never entered in the system. I asked for a new appointment and was told not for three weeks. You would think some extra effort would be made to get me in sooner but no. There are plenty of other companies in the area that do better service so goodbye Church.

Church had a plumber out within 2 hours for my service. He called to give me an eta update and arrived with a Fantastic attitude told me what the problem was and proceeded to fix it at that time. I can't say enough about his customer service and the overall service from Church. I will call them with any other plumbing needs i have moving forward. Thank you Church

Church service has provided repeated repairs for my 7 year old AC unit for the past four years. It took them that long to find (hopefully this time) the real problem. However each year they managed to say yet another part needed to be replaced (at my expense $$$) when the HVAC stopped working each year. This year it took them 4 days to get out to me (weather related I m sure), but they quickly repaired the leak again (fingers crossed it works this time, 4 times is the charm - thinking positive). I called mutliple times to speak with a manager to discuss possible reasons and concerns but after 4 weeks of trying to no avail. I am sure you will have better luck with them than I did trying to get help when needed.

They were really fast. They came out the same evening within a couple of hours of our call for AC service. The tech was really friendly, informative, knowledgeable and efficient. I recommend their services. We just think their process for a new unit are VERY expensive.

First the Technician Pham was amazing. Super guy worked extra hard to find the solution to the problem. But there never seems to be a fix for a brand new lennox system. This is day 4 of 100 plus degree Temps my family and my family from Sydney Australia, has suffered without air. 4 days. This is a year long ordeal. It would take pages to detail the installation errors, inept technicians, destruction to my house, and endless calls trying to understand why a brand new system continues to fail. Run people. Run away as fast as you can from these idiots. You'll be stuck with equipment that doesn't work and pay a premium for the experience.

We had Church out to help us with our water softener and a runny toilet. Greg was very professional and took the time to explain everything he was doing. I highly recommend using them for your plumbing and hvac needs. Jonathan C.

This is an A+ team that does great work. The only downside is they cost a bit more than your average hvac guy, but you won’t have to have them out multiple time because the work is great.

Edit: Church Services came out to fix my AC with little notice to make sure my pregnant wife had cool air in the middle of the Houston heat. Great service. Thanks guys!

I’m sorry to give them such a poor rating, but my last two experiences have been very disappointing. We have used Church for many years and three houses. They’ve made repairs, annual HVAC inspections, and replaced two systems. We had them perform a thorough inspection of 3 units before we purchased our recent home, and they did a great job for a very reasonable charge, finding very small issues which were corrected. They came back 4 months later, in the fall to perform an annual winter tune-up and found thousands of dollars of “potential problems” including a tiny gas leak, which they repaired. More recently, I called them to change out two large HVAC filters in the attic, one of which I can’t get to. The appt.was schedule for 10-noon two days later and I was quoted $179 since I’m no longer a premium customer. I called after noon the day of and the receptionist said appt.was for noon-2. I called back after checking my text and email from them, which clearly said 10-noon. She then said the tech was backed up so they rescheduled for later time (without notifying me). At 3 pm I called again and she said the dispatcher would call me in two minutes with an update. Twenty minutes later another person called to tell me, not when the tech would arrive, but that the charge would be over $200 for EACH filter replacement. I explained what I’d been quoted and that the tech had not yet shown up for an appointment scheduled for 10-noon. She continued to repeat the new charge and I finally said that I’m done with your company. You’ve lost my trust after twenty years. She said nobody would do my job for less. We shall see.

UPDATE: I was contacted by Church Services the day following this review. A technician was sent out right away to take care of the filter changes at no charge to me.

We had problems with our tankless hot water heater. Greg from Church Services came out. He explained everything clearly and took lots of photos to show the problems and how to fix them. I feel confidant in the work that was performed at a reasonable price. Thank you Greg and Church Services.

I have used Church Services for our HVAC and plumbing needs for the last 3 years. We have a 20+ year old house with 20+ year old plumbing and HVAC systems. It seems we have replaced every component of this house, piece by piece. A couple of times, I have tried small independent service providers who quoted a cheaper cost, but I will not do so again. As long as we live in Church Services' service area, I will use them exclusively. They hire good people who do good work. Their prices are fair, and while they may not be the absolute cheapest, I can depend on them to be prompt, responsive, transparent, and friendly, all while providing great customer service, top notch quality, and getting to us and completing projects extremely fast. A special thank you to the technician, John Poston, and the service advisor, Priscilla Barba, who came out today. They are great examples of top notch people representing this organization.
