10Do NOT ever go here. Employees are constantly on their phones, EATING next to prepared food (HEALTH VIOLATION) and give the WORST service. They never have any item I order because “We don’t make it that time of day” well then what are they doing there all day? NOTHING. Management and employees at this location should not be working anywhere near a restaurant.
Actually a 1.6. Could not hear myself think or the cashier could not hear my order. Out of most of what I wanted to order.
Very very rude people working here. A man and women working here were disrespectful in every aspect. Never coming back to this place. Worst customer service that I’ve came across.
Poor customer service. Instead telling you that theyre out of something, they just add things to your order that you didnt ask for amd then act surprised when you point it out to them. Ive aslo seen them drop food and serve it, the actual food item didnt touch the floor but gravy was ooozing out the side of the box (chicken fried steak). K could go on.but this should be good enough
I order from waiter app to delivered food to my house. And I order the family chicken tenders. I ordered mashed potatoes with gravy with the gravy on the side and they put it on it they forgot to send my biscuits with the order and the chicken was undercooked. I'm not going to order from there no more.
Fast. Lil ghettofied but they are WAYY better than the one on beckham by the hospital which Is usually ride as hell. Especially the manager guy that looks like Uncle Luke. Don't like your job then find another one.
It was good. The only thing i asked for it to be fresh out the grease because i was travelling far and i took a bit right after pulling off and it wasnt hot. The taste was good but the freshness was not
Location on Gentry in Tyler have been closed a lot lately and chicken grease should be changed more and not clean
Did not like the food BUT the staff was very professional and I can see that they enjoyed working with each other. Two thumbs up for Customer Service!
