Church's Chicken, Pasadena TX

I got 2 two piece specials. The wait was very long to order and then get my order which was incorrect. 30 minutes. Only three cars ahead of me. One two piece box was of Original was fresh and looks delicious. The spicy chicken looked a little used and abused. Did not look fresh after waiting all that time. I think they need a better system.only drive through was open I believe. I will will definitely try them again.maybe I just caught them on a bad day. The staff was friendly but did not acknowledge the long wait.

Spend 22 something on that “feeds 6 meal and how does this feed 6? Very upsetting they would do my family like this! I will be going back tomorrow since it 10: 13

They are taking care on the people because all the employees are wearing the masks. Thanks guys!

I went today around 2: 30. I had to come in to wait foy order. First a man came in with no mask and and the lady took his order and said nothing
Then a churches maintenance man came in and leaned over the food that had NO cover and talked to the lady in back with NO MADK on and talked over the food!

I went there pretty late lastnight and got 18pcs mixed. When i got home half my chick was wrong. But today I called and the young man whi helped me was very polite. I went back today and was just looking for was my 2 biscuits and my extra crispy chicken. This young man went ubove and beyond. He went and remade my whole order from lastnight. You young man are a stand up person. I highly recommend them. Thank you sir.

They were a bit behind but I think they were understaffed, only two employees working. Great food though!

Im not a fan of Church’s chicken but this is the Best Church’s chicken place I’ve ever been to. My daughters love it here and My order is always been exactly what I ask for and food is always Hot-well cooked. And not to mention, Awesome Customer Service!

I went today to this location around 4: 15pm for the first time since moving back to Pasadena. Amazing customer service! Mario was the best! He greeted me when I approached and took the time to go over specials with me and took the time to compare my coupons to the specials and advised me which was the better value to feed my family. They had just made a fresh batch of chicken as I arrived and fresh side orders as well. Fried my okra right in front of me! Everything was so hot and fresh and delicious! I am writing this at 5: 30 pm and my chicken and sides are still hot and warm! I was very impressed with this locations excellent quality of customer service and food. Thank you! I will be back.

The food was excellent, but the service was not good. The employees were POORLY TRAINED. THAT MEANS BAD MANAGEMENT! Get it together.
We ordered inside and received no greeting from cashier. The young cashier was not familiar with the menu, and she couldn't answer any questions without asking someone else. The order was supposed to be dine in, but it was bagged instead. They forgot to give us at least three items that we had to go back for. We asked for mayo only on one sandwich, but it came with other vegetables on it. Had to remake. The employees didn't smile and had bad manners. Please train your employees.

Two stars only because i was hungry staff is rude they are never busy but have you wait at the speaker

Don't let the looks fool you I know it's inside a gas station but it's the best Church's in Houston area.

One employee was rude spoke spanish to the cashier the whole time we were placing our order and told him we couldnt add a coke for a dollar more like you can at Churches on Southmore service is so much better at southmore anyway.

Church's is very stingy with there portions on the sides. They hate it if you bring them any coupons. They didn't say anything but it shows on their faces. They gave me one single napkins with my meal. Their food specially the tenders is probably the best in town.

Love churches chicken.the staff at this location is always friendly.my order has been correct and delicious every time!
