Church's Chicken, San Benito TX

Church's Chicken is terrible. The last two times the chicken has been bland, over fried and down right disgusting. The corns are tasteless, old and taste like they have been left in the butter all day. They have really alienated me from ever going to Churchs again.

Unfriendly service no manners whatsoever. They shouldn't hire these young kids who's parents don't teach them any manners.

We didn't eat inside so we don't know how clean is inside, but I did love that our order was quick, fresh and hot. And I think they made a change to there batter, because it had flavor.

I specifically ordered online to not wait since i was in a rush and went a little after supposed pick up time still made me wait 15 minutes for my order whats the point of online ordering then? Two stars is only because my food was nice and fresh

Church's Chicken is a very wonderful restaurant and the fish and shrimp are very delicious too.

Church's used to be better years ago, pieces were bigger n juicier. They let the corns sit toooo much in butter that they become mushy n way tooooooo small in size.

Love this place, but you won't catch me eating inside the place. It's like they barely send anybody to clean the area.

Driving from Harlingen I called them 6 times let it ring till it stopped on its own, they never answer the phone. I like to buy only white meat, wings yet they never have enough available. Now I am asked to wait 20 minutes for the wings to be ready. Which I could have avoided if they answered their dam phone.

We came in to Churches Chicken around 1: 00pm on a Sunday. The parking lot had only around 4 cars. The cashier was nice when we ordered our food. The chicken was hot, crispy and the sides were good also. Over all the food was excellent. I gave a 4 because most tables hads either crumbs of chicken or small grease marks.

The spicy chicken was over cooked. The staff was stressed and frustrated. I felt sorry for them. So disorganized. The place was Hot and stuffy. The restaurant tables were crowded. The restroom toilet doesent work.

I love Churchs. I drove 15 miles for cluck. Got home a entire box of chicken was missing from our order. I will be back in the future

I usally get great service but I said dark and they gave me white and I'm pissed, I called back but no one picks up

Poor service never have chicken ready takes a long time. Customer service is bad on the drive thru whoever takes the order sounds like doesn't want to be working they always I have wait 20 minutes or so cuz they don't have chicken ready or they ran out of corn I always come after work at 8 pm to take home very bad.

Chicken so gereesy greesy greesy greesy greesy greesy greesy its like they don't drane the greess manager is never in the front drive thu there's never a prep that's why the drive thu is very very very slow I sold the drive thu employee what was the problem she send it is the maneger that's why there's no prep maybe there's not Enoch money to take care of Costamer that's why I will not go thiere any more I'll go to KFC Or another place

Last time I ordered 6 of those awesome looking biscuits. Nope forgot to put them in? Come by later and we will give them to you! Tonight ordered family meal mixed, did not want Cole slaw, sub with corn BUTT NOW NO BISCUITS. Do I need to go to Popeye 's to get biscuits? Maybe I am to gordo for them at Churches?

If I could I wouldn't even give it any stars at all. Workers and the place looks absolutely dull.

The best damn store you'll ever eat at clean courteous awesome employees in the best manager ever Ismael Basaldua. RIP my love your store will always be the best.
