Church's Chicken, San Antonio TX

Food order was fresh! Temperature was nice and hot, very crispy chicken tenders. Fries were nice and hot and crispy too!

Drive thru, employee sounded like he was still slp. The food wasn't fresh and I ordered an extra large boomer and none had cheese. I was so disappointed.

Why can’t they get right!
Chicken, potatoes, biscuit, 3 items.
How much college does it take?
And, they could care less.
It’s better to drive to the Military store. They have management there who can count to 3.

This church's charges for white gravy for tenders, any other church's doesn't. Not customer friendly always a wait for chicken and to get service

We pulled up to get told it was gonna be a 35 min wait for chicken to be done. Two cars ahead of us left for that reason. I been to a churchs where they serviced us after the fryers were turned off and only took 15 mins for them to get us our meal out. Dk what the bs was for the 35 mim wait. That's horrible

Absolutely the worst one I have gotten food from. Had to throw it all away! Avoid this location at all cost.

I really love church's but when you get a bad experience you second guess yourself well I asked the worker for my correct drink and he went to the back came to the front and filled up with cup it could just be me but I didn't see why he had to go to the back with holding which is suppose to be my cup empty and coming back just to fill up with tea, and also didn't get our biscuits with our $7.50 meal hope no one receives experience like this here again.

If I could give this location a ZERO I would.slow service, its as if no one works at this location with any common sense. How do you run out of chicken very poor management!

They are the slowest they never add utensils, always leave something off the order and rarely give you napkins. Today I didn't get my mashed potatoes and my chicken is cold. This store needs better management

Stopped in today all employees left the drive thru help alone waited five minutes for my order they didn't even give me my drink cook was playing with his cell phone then he walked out to go talk to a buddy of his. Very unhappy they were rude very rude employees.

Undercooked chicken, all bloody inside. Threw in trash. Biscuit was also doughy. Not cooked completely. Will not return.

I've come to this Church's twice and both times they say they are closed at 8, when the sign and the website clearly states they close at 10. On both occasions I witnessed the staff in the kitchen eating. I would not recommend this restaurant if you actually expect service.

Its 100 degrees out not a single car ahead of me girl said she'd be right with me. After 2 minutes I called out. She took my order. After paying she asked me to wait out front in the sun. With no one behind me I stayed at the window that had some shade. She comes back to the window to tell me I have to move. I told her it was too hot to wait in the sun and no one was behind me. She then rolled her eyes and said you still have to move. Rude! The first and last time I come here.

Drove from Elmendorf, because it's the nearest location. My order was wrong. I've been trying to call for the past hour. Nobody answered the phone.

SLOW SERVICE. I SAW WORKERS INSIDE WHILE THEY HAD A LONG WAIT. MANAGER HUNG UP ON ME WHEN I ASKED FOR DISTRICT NUMBER

Love the new churches chicken sandwich! Although what I hate about this location is that they close an hour earlier that what’s posted. Not sure how corporate would feel about this. The girl was just there on her phone an hour before closing. Same girl that was talking to friends or family the last time I was here. This is ridiculous and she should be let go.
