I waited in line for about 10 minutes just to be told they were only accepting cash transactions, there was no sign indicating such thing.
I order the number 5 combo which was the chicken sandwich and fries with drink. They we’re only serving fountain drinks. No problem, I also said no pickles and they added pickles in my sandwich to top it off they didn’t even give a good amount of fries in the bad it was below half of the bag. NOT JUST THAT BUT I FIND A HAIR! In my fries. Would NOT recommend this church’s!
Connie gave great service, food was hot, and fresh. By far much better service than the Long Point N Gessner location. Worth the extra drive from Bunker Hill.
Served warm old chickens and had no spicy chicken. Customer service was very bad. Rude attitude.
I've always liked Church's chicken. Sometimes it's a little greasy, but that's how I like. I especially like the fried okra. Will be back.

Went to get food got a #5 and only thing I had on my burger was one pickle no mayo no lettes
And my fries where burnt and I asked for a large gave me a small
I will not go to that store again, today I went for chicken and they told me that it would take 20 minutes, I paid for it and when I returned for it, while I waited I saw a rat climbing the cables inside the store it was disgusting. And what bothered me most was that the employees realized and did nothing. I asked for my refund and left the store. Please be careful what you buy.
