Church's Texas Chicken reviews
17Simply. Delicious. Excellent service, good portions, cozy. Not too busy an noon in Wednesdays. Coming back soon. Keep up the good work!
Went to churches and bought 2 10pc mixed
In one of the boxes there’s was a BIG chunk of black hair right inside the box with all the chicken! Disgusting!
Good tasting food. Nothing missing in our order. Descent pricing. Staff was very professional.
I was a customer there Sunday around 1230ish. As an employee was being my food out she forgot my half gallons, which is no problems at all, we only have so many hands. As she was going back in the store I notice the store door was lock and she was outside trying to go back in. The manger there comes out and cussed her out in front of me! What type of business is this that they belittle their Employees? A bad taste in my mouth. That manger needs to go back to training or reprimanded. UNACCEPTABLE!
They closed "early ", never have enough spicy, always just original crispy, and in a hurry to take order
Horrible rude service here. The manager had attitude was very rude. My order was incomplete and cold. I got told that I new Spanish why didn’t I order in Spanish instead of English. I find this establishment to be racist
Historically Church's Chicken has always been good & this one was no exception. We got the 3-piece combo, one with corn on the cob & the other with mashed potatoes & gravy. Both had a honey bun biscuit. The drinks were one root beer and the other was sweet tea. For sweets we both ordered they're famous delicious hot apple pies with white melting icing on top.
The place is not open for inside business and for ordering out it's not what it use to be especially the chicken it used to be really good but now all the items are bad tasting never going to buy chicken again from any of the Church's chicken place.
This time I was desapionted way way to grease I couldn't eat one piece out of the 12pcs I bought made me sick perhaps not going back
Why are all the lights on and no signs at the drive thru that restaurant is closed. Management should take the time to either block off the drive thru entrance or place a sign that restaurant is closed especially with all the lights on. Cars waiting over 15-20 minutes waiting to order.
Big pieces of juicy chicken and right now Jan/2022.they have three piece dark meat deal just chicken $3.99
They close early everyday at 6. The service is slow, they run out of chicken during dinner rush and you get what you get. It used to be fantastic location but not anymore. If you complain to management they say they are short staffed. It seems to be their excuse but it’s truly poor management!
This Churchs is always closed! Why? The others stay open til 9pm. I'm wondering if they are following franchise hours? ! We drove up and all you hear is "we're closed". No manners there, maybe an I'm sorry but we're closed, however our location on Yarbrough is available for our customers. Nope thats the last thing rude girl thought.
Most Laziest staff Every! Every time I go the store is closed They never Turn the lights off so you think it's closed and you don't stop!
Only drive-thru is open. Cannot stand companies who use covid as an excuse to keep their Lobby's closed because they are too lazy and don't want to open their lobbies. The lobby should at least be open for customers who placed orders for pickup and for delivery drivers if there is not a walk up window available.
I asked for mash potatoe and the gravy on the side they told they can't do that, cause they have them already prepared.
Yesterday I went to buy 10 pieces and they were not well maked they still had blood and taste so nasty not even my dogs wanted to eat them, today I went again and was fine
