71st of all, we love Churches and have eaten at many in alot of different cities. Unfortunately, this was by far the worse. We spent $20 for me and my wife, but we both left the majority uneaten. The chicken tasted extremely old and very dry. Very disappointed. The service was good and the employees were friendly.
The chicken at this location is dry and land and cold and overcooked. The service is horrible. The female manager I suppose is not friendly whatsoever drive through it you have to scream out to get a service and she kind of still weights and I’ve advised her to give me specials as she doesn’t really want to. She says it in about over talking and asks if it’s a family or if it’s an individual kind of meal that you’re looking for. They don’t ever give you the complementary things that you know should go with that. If you get mashed potatoes, you should get a spork.
Two people in line. First person orders.then they made the next car (me) wait ten minutes before they even took my order. I understand wanting drive times low but that is a bit much.
I called and asked if they got spicy chicken and the lady that answered 9/23 at 8: 50 on said yes. So I go order the chicken and when I get to the window she says that there is no spicy chicken. So before I went off on her for making me drive to the store and not having what she told me they did have j just left angry.this is why people think fast food restaurant workers are dumb, they can't seem to get the most simplest task done right
Service is good but their web site say they are open 1030am-1000pm but I have seen that they will lock the doors at 7or8pm
Every time I order by phone 10 min tops my order is ready and its always a new batch freshly cook
Horrible! I spent most of my lunch time in the drive thru! The place is never busy and they take forever!
