Church's Texas Chicken reviews
19I've only been there thru drive thru so idk about the dine in atmosphere. But the drive thru service is good if you are nice they are nice. If you ask them for plates they will give them to you. The food is always hot the chicken has always been well cooked and the biscuits taste fresh. They will ask you if you would like to wait if they are out of chicken for example they give you the option if you want to wait or not which is great because other places don't tell you and you sit there wondering what is taking so long. They have even given us a complementary item just for waiting.
I often go to My local Churches Chicken location and to date. I've never been disappointed. They always have great specials for large families. And the Service is Fast and Friendly
Thank You for the Great Service and Good Food Churches Chicken
Their process of making the chicken varies a lot sometimes is very gresy and other times dry they just can't get it right
Bad service and they never have regular chicken only spicy we should get a discount if they want us to buy only what they decide to sell.
Showed up at 8: 20 pm, website says closes at 9! Workers have lights off so no one shows up. Corporate has set times for a reason. Had 3 cars pull up and all left due to them acting closed. Not sure if management or even corporate knows.
Everytime I have been here, they are always out of a bunch of stuff. Also, the biscuits here suck because they hardly have any honey butter.
If I could do a zero star I would this place its bad I have to go there cause I have no choice it’s the only one in the lower valley but it’s terrible starting with customer service there so rude they act like there giving the food for free like hello I’m paying for my meal but after this im done with this place
I went to go get the feed 6 meal 12 chickens three sides it was $23.99 and it came out to 27$ but I saw my receipt and they charge me a dollar extra for the macaroni but the board where we order at the drive-thru did not say that it said three sides or two sides and biscuits that's pretty messed up a dollar is a dollar so if you're going to Church's be aware of that thank you bye ️
Paola was so helpful with our order. Very patient as we placed our order. Food was delicious.
This place is beyond a disappointment, being so close to the border for a decent meal is hard to come by now a days as no work ethics are in place. This establishment is very unsanitary, people constantly on their disgusting phones, while touching food and lack of attention while prepping food is on point. Don't eat here, pick another church's.
The chicken place that always has chicken ready to go this is more of a diss to the KFC up the road that KCF never has chicken available its always a 20 min wait minimum. If ur in a hurry and need fried chicken done fast and right just hit up this Church's chicken in and out In 3 min with hot Fresh chicken.
Very disappointed on the taste and smell of the white gravy given me for take out. It's was either old or rancid. Horrible. Poured it on the so called chicken fried steak they make. Which is a joke for the price they charge. N I couldn't eat it. Waste of money n time. Strips were ok without the gravy. Disappointed.
We went to the Church's on Zaragoza because we had a long day at work and they are closed at 6: 37 pm.it says they do not close until 9 pm.we were so disappointed we wanted something delicious, and they started to take the order and she said "oh sorry we are closed". Disappointed.
1 hr till closing and were already closing down and saying they didnt have enough chicken i was like?
I love this places because i have a great childhoods and the taste of the food is just amazing
I came to buy dinner for the family but they told me it was closed at 8: 27pm. But their hours say they are supposed to close at 9: 00. So disappointing
Stopped going to Church's for a while cuz chicken seemed greasy but chose to try it again since was getting tired of KFC and Popeye's. And man, was it great. Ordered $20 family meal 1/2 regular, 1/2 spicy with 2 sides and biscuits! Delicious! Honey biscuits are the bomb! All employees I've dealt with are really nice!
Church's day has come and gone. Chicken is blah and the strips are horrible. Skip Church's and go to Popeyes, if you like strips then go to Canes.
