Church's Texas Chicken reviews
16Never ever have I had hard **** chicken before this location. I ordered the 2 pc special on the way to an appointment. I needed to eat something so I settled for churches. I broke a tooth on the over cooked skin. I was already upset cause I asked for a cup of ice and she didn’t give it to me. Had it not been that I was in a rush I would have spoken up. This was so wrong why do you sever food like that.
Passing through town. Arrived 15 minutes earlier than store hours. Manager kind enough to greet me at the door to inform me. Waited and the chicken was worth the wait.
Churches used to be the top chicken spot. Now the chicken has a different taste. Crust to hard and dry and the employee answering the speaker was like fustrated and in other places they welcome you. Churches is slowly changing.
This is the second time I go to this location and the chicken is tasteless. Has absolutely no flavor. So disappointed. Because I get home and I’m tired to go back. People pay money for their food. They need to give us good service and good food at all time!
Their menu IS NOT UPDATED. THE MENU STATES A 3 PIECE CHICKEN 2 SIDES N A DRINK BUT YET THEY DONT DO THT MEAL?
The service was fast and great.
The employees were friendly and very courteous. Food was outstanding.
I don't think anyone here cares about anything. The service is mid. It's not bad but not exactly good either. My kids ordered chicken sandwiches and they had an unnecessary amount of mayonnaise on them. We just threw them away.
Went tonight around 8: 30 to grab dinner and not only were they out of biscuits and tenders, they had the nerve to serve me with a box full of overly fried chicken. This location has gone down in the past year and maybe it due to shortage of staff or the low lay they give the workers. I was wondering why the cook and everyone sort started glaringly at me as I was paying for my food as to see if I would have chech the bag right then and there. I wish I did! But it fine, I will not be returning to this location anymore.
It's 9: 50pm and went to the drive thur and they said they were close. On line It's says it closes at 10pm.
Always has been good to bad they aren't as many businesses open anymore. Some are a distance away.
THIER [LARGE FRIES IS A JOKE]
DONT WAIST YOURE MONEY GO MC DONALD'S DOWN THE STREET WELL WORTH It
Stopped in at 10: 42 just to buy some tea and there was no answer nothing apparently they're closed and just not telling people
Place was really hot but food was delicious been here a few times and food was always home
Was turned away because they said they were closed. At 8pm on a Friday. So I took my business to KFC.
Placed order online and when I arrived told they were closed at 815 when website says 10pm came back next day at 1130am still closed says was open at 8 am this place is a joke and has a horrible business model
Only complain was chicken to small, from a family perspective, but everything was excellent in my book. I guest my family member is saying your chicken is too boney, you need more plump chicken not bony chicken, but I like churches it was good and fast service, the sides plus the chicken filled me up, couldn't give you a 5 star, because of family perspective complaint, when family member is not happy I'm not happy, because I have to hear it, not the establishment, so it ruins my day, but thank you for the delicious food, I've been eating churches since I was a little kid I like my church's chicken cold from being a kid and eating leftover cold chicken from the refrigerator. Churches is known for greasy chicken, so if you don't like greasy chicken churches is not for you, they been that way since I was a kid, always greasy chicken, once you get over the migraine of eating greasy chicken you are a professional churches chicken eater, but I don't recommend eating churches everyday because of the greasy chicken, when I was a kid we used to eat churches every Friday, because that was the cheapest chicken you can buy back then, but I would get bad migraines from the greasy chicken, but I survived, we were poor and the greasy chicken kept me alive, so thank you churches for being affordable and keeping me alive. Have a great day.
