Church's Texas Chicken, Kirby TX

Came around 8: 35 p.m, went through the drive thru no one answered. Went to the door, and it was locked. I went back to the drive thru a young lady finally greeted and told her we had 2 separate orders, and she said ok. She got our 1st order and told us to drive up.we told her we had another order she placed us on hold, mind you, and we are the only customers after a few minutes of silence we just spoke our order she finally answered us we repeated the order and told us they don't have white meat and its a 25 min wait so i changed my order and drove up a man can to the window told me they didn't have tenders it would be 10 minutes I told him that was fine and the young lady was standing on the side of him with attitude on her face. They switched spots, and she asked me my order again. I had to repeat it 3 times to her. And she still got my order wrong. The moral of this long story is that the night shift has NO customer service skills, and if they have an attitude, they shouldn't be working. The food was also cold!

Food is always good at church's. Not sure if it was because the chicken just came out of the fryer but was a little more greasy than normal. The hot juice running down the fingers made that particular chicken hard to eat. But the other piece was absolutely delicious and on point! The muffin was absolutely flaky and mouthwatering delicious as well! I will always recommend Church's chicken over any other fried chicken place. It's my favorite fried chicken place (and love their coleslaw).

Ordered online, got to the store, and was told that they didn't have the food I paid for and had to change my order on the spot. When changing my food, they told me I couldn't change it to a different meal plan. I had to choose something cheaper. I got dry chicken and undercooked mac and cheese. This place gave me the worst experience ever.

Not what I remembered it to be. The chicken just isn’t good. The workers did a great job and they were friendly but the product just isn’t up to par or comparable to other fast food chains that serve fried chicken. The honey biscuits are good, though.

Church's has definitely got downhills. The chicken quality is horrible and the sides are bland. Very disappointing, not like it used to be back in the days!

If u drive for Uber eats don’t accept job from here. They make u sit in drive thru forever in order to pick up. Not cool. Time is money.

Management started arguing with us just because he didn't hear the correct order this place needs better staff biscuits were hard as hell

This place suxs. All the crew was doing was standing around talking.waited 30 min for my order, went inside to ask for my order.was told it be right out went back and the girl locked the door. Then the disappeared to the back somewhere left my order on the counter. Knock on the door no one came.

I mean it's Church's so I know I shouldn't expect much. But I asked for 2 three piece tenders and a 3 peice mixed with mash potatoes and gravy, fries, and a Cole slaw. However I was charged for 3 meals. If you don't know how to use the register to ring up the items individually at least offer me the drinks I paid for. But alas, like I said it's Church's so I didn't feel it was worth it to go back over drinks because I doubt I would have gotten my money back anyway. Be aware and check your bill before you leave as I suspect they overcharge on purpose.

Ordered online and paid for it. Was told order was ready. Husband got to the store to pick up order and they were closed. They close at 10 pm and he was there before 9. So right now we are without dinner and around $50 taken from us

The drive thru was terrible the lady was so rude even the manger don't recommend anyone to go there the staff was rude and terrible they forgot the give me biscuits my orka was dry and burnt.

Store not open order on line grub hub would not refund my money grub hub wanted to offer me 30 percent off next order there will never be a next order

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! They do not clean their fryers. I placed a delivery order and got brown, hard, old chicken. It was the worst. I tried calling to speak with a manager and noone answered. This business is ran poorly.

No! No! No! This is probably THE worst Church's I've ever been to. I worked at Church's a few years back and I almost asked for a shirt to get back there and help them. Everyone was confused. They were taking orders for items they were out of and telling people once they got to the window. Smh

Customer Beware

I love church's chicken, but this is the last time i come to this location. I checked online to see if they were open, it said closes soon at 10pm mind you my lunch is at 9pm. I also called to make sure, no answer. I decided to go anyway since it shows they're still open. I pull up light are on and everything. Ready to order and no answer from anyone. I wait 5 minutes and decided to pull forward, and 2 of the employees are right there. I get a hand signal from one stating they're closed. WTH!? !? !? ! Seriously need to update their online info!

I have no problem with teens working but when they just stand around and do nothing, that's no bueno they had no tea no bomers no pies basically they had nothing

Zero stars is what I would give this place! My stepfather ordered food from this place for an event. They messed up his order and when he called to ask them to fix it they were incredibly rude to him and refused to fix his order, they told him could bring the original food back and replace it w/ fresh food when in a pandemic you should not take the food back it’s a health code violation! Even if you throw it away it’s still a health code violation! We will never be doing business w/ them again!
