Church's Texas Chicken, Houston TX

Usually Popeyes is my go to but I wanted to get Church’s since I haven’t had it in so long. When I tell you they chicken was so hot and fresh I was like okkkk come through Church’s lol. So I had church’s chicken twice within two weeks yeah I had to hit the gym

There is something about Church's chicken. As soon as I get the bag from the cashier, you can smell the chicken. Mmm! Also, their honey biscuits are the bomb! So far, every restaurant I've ordered from has not let me down.

French fries were hot and fresh chicken was not and waited along time in drive through with no one else there

The employee Marlén was very rude, I bought 16pc family meal and she just put 11 pc and I called in to the store and the manager Irma picked up the call and she didn’t even apologize and instead was rude she said well I will talk to the employee but just come get your 5pc chicken that was missing I Will never come back to this place I don’t understand why employees are rude since they’re getting pay to treat the customers right

Before you pull up in drive thru, make them serve you in the dine in area. It's Monday 11am and they have locked their doors stating drive thru only! They serving dry chicken too! We we're planning on eating inside, but Thelma, the manager made this ridiculous rule. We're driving to another location. Call corporate

I know I shouldn't expect much from Church's but. I ordered just chicken and it was bland! I asked for spicy and I pray that wasn't their spicy chicken. Not to mention the chicken leg was the size of a drum party wing.

Person on order box rude, dismissive. Arguing with me that I couldn’t take a drink off a combo or not. I didn’t expect a price drop. I never asked for it actually. Very poor attitude for dealing with the public and shouldn’t be dealing with the public if she can’t be more professional than she was. I went to another restaurant and was able to get what I asked for, along with a smile and pleasant welcoming response from that business. One customer might not seem like much but if this girl had that attitude with 100 customers, that could add up. To enough sales where that owner would realize that they have a serious problem with their staff.

Terrible. 1 person screwed up the order and after waiting in line the after I was informed my order had been "forgotten" 2nd person was incapable of retaking my order. Incredibly bad service and the real problem is the food was never that good to begin with. Go to Hartz down the road it's fantastic.

Hey, what can I say about chicken? The place has had a few hiccups but is doing fine now. Got my food correctly and in a decent amount of time. Things can change if you have no customers buying your product.

I order spicy tenders they gave original I order jalapeño bombers they had no jalapeño not worth it I am 1 hr away cant go back to get a refund

The worst chicken taste ever. On top of gaining food poisoning from this location. The food is absolutely not fresh, they use old grease. Horrible horrible

It’s 1052 and they are in the building but have the doors locked. The store suppose to open at 10: 30. No one said they were closed, a woman with a ponytail just shook her head from the fryer in a no motion. I’m sitting in the drive through waiting

Very small, chicken was cold and we asked for spicy anyway it seem like everything pretty much just sitting. The fried okra was alright

Slow and was disappointed. Ordered mixed but got only dark meat. Paid for one piece to be a breast but got a thigh. Chicken tasted like cooking oil was old and dirty. Not going back.

Service was ok, food was garbage. Chicken strip tasted old, fries greasy, corn on cob tasted like it was cooked 2 weeks ago, Jalapeno was the size of peas. Order was bad all the way around
