Church's Texas Chicken reviews
13Cashier was very rude and unpleasant. Very ungrateful for the business I brought today. She was not rude not to just me but the two other customers behind me. The food was great but the service and hospitality was incredibly unsatisfied. It's no wonder a lot of church's have closed down. Though the food is good but customers end up not returning for lack of respect and lack of appreciation for our business.
I've been eating Church's Chicken since I was a teenager I am 69 years old now I can always depend on Church's Chicken I think it's better than Kentucky Fried and Popeyes any day of the week
Terrible experience. No gravy, mac and cheese, or chicken ready. And they didn't close for a couple of hours. Employees didn't seem to care.
They haven’t changed the grease for their fryers in forever. Stopped by for a meal on 2 different occasions. I was in town and options were slim so I had no choice. Both times you could tell the grease was very old. Not just old but very old grease.
This is a regular pit stop for me when I'm traveling from Houston to Dallas. I like the store they have plenty of items including A gift and memorabilia. Despite the large number of greyhound and travel buses that stop there with large groups the restaurant was clean and fully stopped with toilet paper.
Everything was great. Great customer service hot delicious food. Restaurant was really clean. Definitely a 10 out of 10
The menu showed a chicken fried steak on a plate. But it came in a to go box, so it become finger food
Haven’t been in a few years, but from my past experience as a trucker for over 8 years, this location has the best chicken out of any Church’s I’ve ever been to, in all the states I’ve traveled that has had this franchise. Chicken is always super delicious and fresh. Never had a bad experience here.
Food is normally good but teenagers working the counter cuss in front of children and throw boxes and chicken around at each other.
The chicken was bland, the Mac and cheese was oily, and my dogs wouldn't even eat the fries.
The young man behind the counter was sweet, the rest of the staff was rude.
I was double charged for an order Even had the lady from the bank come down and show them and they would not give me my money back. We'll never eat there again.
Really can't rate this church's. Rude service and they cannot work drive thru and inside at the same time. Ask for corporate and they refuse the number. This is a horrible place and business. This church's is going to loose a customer for good.
The church chicken juicy and tender both ladies was nice and the guy cook did a great job cooking the food.
