Church's Texas Chicken, Belton TX

Shorted us our family meal this evening by 8 tenders and half gallon tea. Phone number not working

If you come too early, they sell you re-drop from the night before. (Left overs sold on 10 Dec 2023)

Always really good service only problem is on the brown gravy every time we go there and ran out of it

Chicken was very juice and fresh. Service was fast. Was really surprised how good the food was, will go again

The one star is for the fact I received a coupon book in the mail and was told they only accept certain coupons from the book. HUH? How do you accept some of the coupons and not others from the same book you mailed? Another couple their with coupons told same thing. This is a corporate store according to the license. I understand the " not a participating restaurant" part on a coupon although I've never had that issue anywhere. If it's the only Churches' in town and you mail out coupons to that town, how do you not accept the coupons? The employee's were fine, understand they have no control and they were busy so I didn't push it. I then sent email to their contact info and received no reply. Therefore, this review. I did use the one coupon they would take. I still like the biscuits and the chickens OK.

My order was wrong. The chicken was unseasoned and so bland I had to take the skin off to eat it. Some of the fries were hard and cold. On the up side. The biscuits were delicious and I didn’t get food poisoning.

Am genuinely glad to know there's a Churches near my new neighborhood and they have cherry-flavored coke, too! So if you feel like chicken tonight, coming here is a must and definitely get the three piece meal!

We were passing through town and grabbed a family meal. The food was okay but definitely lacked the flavor I remembered it having. Oh well, family is fed and now we can go home.

The chicken was dry, and the fries cold soda had no syrup in it. The 4 out of 5 times I have been here, it's been an issue. I am over them

I spent nearly $30.for 3.3 chicken tender meals. When I got them home the tenders were so small and fried really hard! Not good at all.
The order wasn't right, I wanted 2 cold slaws and 1 French fry.
I got 2 fries and 1 cold slaw! The 3 ice teas had hardly no ice! I'm so disappointed at the store in Belton Texas.

Worst church’s I e ever been to. They said they were out of spicy chicken and had no drinks but yea, hi-c or lemonade. I ordered a sweet tea and it was nothing but sugar water and when I showed the manager the said that’s how their tea is. No it isn’t the tea comes out how you make it and I’m not drinking some sugar water. And the whole spicy chicken thing happens at almost every location the cooks are just too lazy to fry up some spicy chicken.

Stopped here (again) after the movies. Just for a quick bite. Service is fast and friendly. Food is hot and delicious. Had to wait a few minutes today for tenders as they were a little busy. The restaurant is clean and in a good location.

I went through the drive today, after the girl greeted me I asked her for two minutes that we are figuring out what to order. Someone out of no where said you realize that the drive thru is timed and you are messing my scores, but take your time. I’m very aware I should’ve said give me a second because we are just looking at the screen to order; when I tell her what I want she keeps interrupting. So I pull to the window and asked who was the person talking to me and here comes the manager rude and yelling it was her and that I was having aN attitude. I just rolled my window and kept driving and left the food behind. So unprofessional and zero patience.

This amazing, well cleaned, and well maintained establishment is to die for. Especially if you love chicken so dry it’ll make you feel dehydrated and fries so nasty it’ll take literal years off your life. 10/10 wouldn’t recommend even to my worst enemy.
OMG and don’t get me started on the 5 star customer service of rude workers, you’ll never want to go to any other restaurant because they are just the best, they were so considerate that they had me wait 20 minutes in an empty line because I guess they just knew I had a long day of work and looovveee sitting in my car
Asking gordon Ramsey to go here would be a blessing because he is sure to rate them a 10/10
So remember if you want delightful food and a very fast experience go here

When this place first opened food and service were excellent. Now the food is still good but there will be some sort of issue with the order every time. I've just learned to expect it.

Very clean atmosphere, and the customer service was excellent. I ordered a sandwich and they put a lot of mayo, but I asked for new bread and they were kind to replace the bread with no charge.

It was a horrible experience. The food was horrible. Prices are high and the sauces cost extra. When I told them the chicken was dry, she returned with I just ate a piece it was not dry. I asked if she was suggesting I was lying. She turned around and said I was going to give you sauce but you can just leave. Said I was rude but I was the one who felt as if I was being attacked. The red headed kid said she told you to leave so leave. The Spanish kid told me he couldn't speak English but then talked to me in very good English. That store will not last long if every time a customer complains they are treated this way. I said my piece and left. My dogs was fed the chicken after I added some sauce.

This is a chicken place with no chicken. This is not my fourth time to leave this restaurant after trying to order through the drive-through. I give up.

Food was ok well when I ask for a small plates or box to put my chicken in instead of giving it to me, the lady just pushed my way
