Chuy's, Houston TX

Went to this location on 5/22 for a cheer leading banquet for my daughter and had a GREAT experience. It was raining that day and unfortunately there was a leak right above where I was sitting. The servers quickly helped us move, cleaned up and replaced a few things that got wet. The manager came out and assured me that he would do what he could to fix it. He offered us a discount for the inconvenience which was much appreciated. I feel they handled the situation very well, didn't ruin my night at all! Our servers Wade and Kayla were amazing! They were on their game that night along with being very friendly and entertaining for the girls. They were a perfect fit for our group. This was a pretty large crowd, but orders were correct, food tasted great and we never had to ask for refills on anything. Thank you all for fun memorable night:)

Good service & delish strawberry margaritas! Wish they still had "nachos" bar. The green salsa is so yummy!

Chuy's is the best Tex-Mex. Their sauces set them apart from other places. I reccomend the creamy jalapeño sauce for chips or any meal. You really can't go wrong with anything on their menu. You had better bring an appetite because you will get a ton of food. They have outdoor seating which is always a plus for these times.

I haven't gone to a restaurant since the pandemic started, they had social distancing enforced, the staff was friendly, the food and Drinks were good.

Decent service, food was good. We had to keep getting our servers attention to request more chips and refills.

The bartender, Mikey, was freaking awesome. Had great conversations and made a mean Bloody Mary. Highly recommend the psychedelic sangria as well.:) thank you for your great service!

EDIT: Downgraded from 4 to 3 as this branch continues to perform slower and slower. ETAs are always missed for pick up times. Spots are numbered but they'll make it your fault by saying they couldn't find you. Pretty sure you have to list a phone number for online orders, maybe try calling it next time. High volume locationhere if management can clean this up.

The food is always tasty and the Tex-Mex menu has lots of options! The descriptions alone let you know to have your own portion control!

Awesome service, delicious food, fajitas and the green sauce will keep me coming back for years to come. Friendly employees and a minimal wait on a Saturday night made my first experience ever to Chuy's a pleasant one. Great job!

My first experience with this place I was not happy and did not like the food. I decided to come back because I had family in town and try again and this time i was pleased. Survice was Awesome. Drinks were really good and so was the food. My family from out of town really enjoyed themselves. Oh the chips and dip are free and are the best part!

We love the food here. Happy hour free queso bar is a definite plus! Great salsa and margaritas, as well.

They didn't handle our large group well at all. I actually didn't even get a chance to order because they forgot about my husband and I. It was ok because the atmosphere was great.

Great patio and excellent chips and dips. Prices are very reasonable and the food portions are great. Get the Elvis special.

Great atmosphere, great food, prices are reasonable. Have places to sit outside as well as inside. Great fajitas with lots of items on the side like guacamole, rice, beans, pico, sour cream and cheese. Great desserts too! Yummy!

The food here has definitely changed alot in the last few times ive eaten at Chuy's everything taste the same now no matter what you order.
Maybe bc the want to cut cost or under new management.i dont know?

Really really good. Chips are lite (best I have had ever) and the creamy jalapeño cilantro sauce /dressing is delicious and unique. Wide array of sauces for wide array of enchiladas.
