Food is really good. I love Chuy's! Great atmosphere and friendly staff. Not pricey. Very neat decor.

Been going to Chuys since the OG location in Austin was the only one. What a let down it was tonight at the Forum. Got our orders wrong and our waitress was too busy to check on us or be helpful. Don't recommend until they get their S.together. What a waste of time and money.

I will not be visiting this restaurant again. I ordered veggie tacos and had to send them back 3 times because they couldn't get something so simple correct. Couldn't believe it! I ended up not eating

Don't think it'll do any good to post a review as I don't see responses to any of them, but oh well. Someone in the kitchen doesn't know how to properly slice fajitas. We ordered beef fajitas for 2. Great flavor, good size portion, but the fajitas were cut with the grain instead of across the grain. As a result, they were difficult to bite and chew. Hopefully the right person can pass this info along and there'll be improvement next time. If not, I'll send them back.

Chuy's can't be beat for amazing queso with beef! The chips are light and airy and as awesome as I've eaten anywhere!

Chuy's is always great. Chaise is our "server of choice" whenever we go. Chicka chicka Boom-boom is one of my favorites.

Service here was bad, chips stale, tacos stale. Husbands food was out 10 minutes before the rest of the party. Waited an hour before we received our food.

This was the first time I was asked by a server if I was trying "to make him feel bad". This came about due to the extended wait, mixed up order, and them running out of the special. When I asked our server to find out what the problem was, he apparently ignored my question. I say this because after about 20 minutes if waiting for our check, I asked him for an answer to my question and he said " what question? ". The order came out partially cold, food was not as ordered, and the food taste was subpar. Been to other chuys before, and never has this poor of service. The manager only offered us a free dessert as a consolation, which I declined. We didn't have another 30 plus minutes to wait. We were also told that we were not the first people to have these problems. Yet the management allowed this server to continue to wait on people. Bad business decision in my opinion.

My wife's favorite place. It's a bit to tex-mexi for my taste. But there is a lot of variety to suite most. My favorite thing here is the stuffed avocado but it's only on a certain day each week as a special.

We had a party of three and were starving after a busy day of shopping. My family member, Ruthy, called us as we sat down and asked if we could order her some nachos. When our food arrived, the portion was huge so two of us decided to seperate an exciting sample from our plates before we even touched it.
It turned out that Ruthy was not pleased as she said it did not look appetizing. Just one hour after we had eaten.
I don't think Ruthy would have been pleased with the Nachos
either as they don't travel well. Anyway, the three of us really loved our orders and the service was excellent. ****

I grew up on this food on Austin. I love it! Service was great during my visit and fast. Thanks for another great experience.

Workers are very slow, Forget things, Took them 15 minutes to get our water, Been here for a while and waiting on our food for 30 minutes

Chuys is an enjoyable location for good Mexican food. We enjoy the happy hour they have every day. You can get great prices for margaritas and beer as well as a free nachos bar! Chios, queso and beef during the happy hour set up. The menu list is large but has something for every taste. I enjoy the hatch Chile flavored plates. All of them Lynch menus are well priced and filling. Dinner menus are the same but more to eat hehe. Even if there is a wait, it is worth the visit to have some of this great Mexican food. Enjoy!

The food here was so gross. Never again. You say no tomatoes and it comes with tomatoes then they take it back and just removed them but they make the mistake of not removing all

I have been going here for years and still live it! Come hungry get the steak burrito and sub the regular sauce for the boom boom. Trust me and you are welcome.

Also the Texas martini is really good!

Chuys is Tex-Mex done right! Food is prepared fresh daily! Corn tortillas so fresh you can barely tell them from the flour tortillas! They have the best chicken tortilla soup too!

Always love going to Chuy's. The jalapeno ranch is like crack! It's amazing! I like the fresh salsa because it's all truly fresh ingredients and doesn't taste like they use canned ingredients. Daily specials are usually good and the stuffed avocado is a must try. Adult beverages are delicious and strong.

I am a delivery driver and i am tined on my orders everytime I get an order from here it goes way past our pick up time. Other that that it is a good place and the staff is really sweet.

Professional waiter, Juan, took very good care of us. We both ordered the lighter fare & were served a generous, well presented portion. The tortillas are fresh & yummy as well as the chips.

The entire menu is delicious. The overall vibe of the place is fun, eclectic, and inviting. Service is always excellent. Friendly, knowledgeable servers. Carol, the manager, is super-friendly and sweet! Definitely try their Baja fish tacos, green chile rice, and queso! The chicken-stuffed avocado is absolutely scrumptious, as well. Be sure not to miss out on their *FREE* nacho car in the bar area during Happy Hour on weekdays, which features make-your-own nacho fixins: their amazing tortilla chips, taco-seasoned beef, refried beans, their superb house-made salsa, and QUESO! Don't forget to ask for some cilantro ranch dressing to dip your chips in, along with that mouth-watering salsa, while you peruse the menu!
