Chuy's, Austin TX

Went here with family after flying in and was seated pretty quickly. The dog decor was quite quirky but fun and the server was very friendly!

The food came out quick and there was a massive amount of food for the price. I just managed to finish my plate of ground beef burrito and it really hit the spot. Very much recommend this place!

You have to go to this location! I visited another location years ago and had swore off Chuy's. Not only was the food so-so, the service was bad. This location however, not only is the food fresh and hot when it comes to your table, the service here is impeccable. Fine wait staff, host etc. I always say good service can make bad food not taste so bad. I

We gathered at Chuy's to celebrate the life of my deceased son. At one time, he worked at Chuy's. His friends, he met while there, came to join us. Tori was our waitress and was so very kind and she provided wonderful service. Thanks, with love, from his family and friends.

Outdoor dining is spacious. Best chips in town and the jalapeno Ranch dip they serve has just the right kick to it. Excellent standard margaritas! Good, solid Tex-Mex food. Great enchilada sauce options. Wait staff was attentive and pleasant. The only reason for 4/5 stars is because they aren't offering their full menu. I heard that was due to staffing shortage. Can't go wrong with Chuy's!

Had a work team lunch here. The food was delicious, as usual.
The service, however, was even better than usual. I don't know why, but it was.
We had an all-around great time.

We drove to Austin from Hebbronville to see how great of a restaurant this was. I read the reviews a few weeks ago and I had to see for myself. The food was really great and the Tres Leches was the Bomb. Friendly environment and great service. I Will definitely be back.

It was an "ok" experience. Service was very good. However, the new limited, or reduced, menu was a disappointment. Like going to see the Stones, without Jagger.

The quality of the food was fine, but rather pedestrian.

The one exception was the refried beans. Outstanding.

Highly recommend the new Raspberry Margarita.

Chuy's franchise locations are all the same.
They push the alcohol so you don't care too much about the frozen tv dinner plate of food they push Infront of you after 3 margaritas.lol

I remembered this place as being a mediocre Mexican restaurant, but it has further devolved from there. Menu has been narrowed down to only have a few options, I suppose to account for delivery apps? Despite that, food took an extremely long time to come out. Drinks were never refilled and chips were never replenished in the interim. When food did come out it was poor quality. Tacos al carbón with cold tortillas. Beef was low quality. Honestly you get better meat at Taco Cabana. Drink was *still* not refilled during or after the meal. And we were there for quite a while after the meal as well because there was another long wait to get the check. Boring, basic menu, poor quality food, bad service. Skip it.

It's Chuy's. Good food usually served quick and delicious. We always love the queso and the ranch salsa. This time around our pickup order was missing several items. I ordered corn tortillas for my fajitas and got flour. There was no rojas salsa. The cheese for my fajitas was almost nonexistent. I will assume that this was a one-off and not indicative of a trend without further data.but I'm still a bit disappointed.

I feel like service has deteriorated at this restaurant. I get that every restaurant is short staffed and busy but not double checking an order and not getting out to customers in timely fashion is ridiculous. We called in an order for fajitas and a burrito with Queso and chips. The order was supposed to be ready at 6 pm. Arrived right before 6pm and there was a 20 minute wait. When we got the food home the meat was cold and of all things no tortillas. $46 including the tip for cold food and no tortillas. Definitely not ordering take out from here again if we even go back.

Great chips and queso! Wait time for Online orders do not match the time they send. It took an added 30 minutes to get our online order.

Three cranny jalapeno dip/dressing is five stars but knocked out down one for limited menu and removal of the Cadillac nacho bar.

Take out experience was quick and easy. Food was delicious as always and I got free chips and dip just like I would if I were dining in.

Luke was the most amazing waiter! The food was only outdone by his service, and thats saying something because the food was amazing.

Chuys is great. Especially since I found out they can still make dishes from the previous menu pre-covid, such as the Elvis Presley Memorial Combo. Staff was friendly, too.

Great food, great service, wonderful meal with friends, that are like family. Wait wasn't bad considering it was Saturday night and there were 8 of us. About 40 minutes.
