Chuy's, San Marcos TX

We did crubside pickup and waited there for an hour until it was realized that there system didn't register us as being checked in. By then our food was cold, I was not in the best of moods. However the manager came out to the car and had our meal remade and made it right. Great service after the intial issue.

Service was outstanding. The hatch green chili was good. The chips salsa and queso were great. The chimicanga needs help. The chicken was dry and bland. It was on the doughy side.

This place has great service, nice bartenders, is fast and clean and has the best tortillas in town. Definitely try the creamy jalapeño sauce!

I love Chuys. So we decided to try the SM location out. Super-dissapointing. I've heard people saying it's not great, they are right. One of my go-to never-fail menu items is the Tortilla soup, but this was the most bland, basic, Campbell's tasting soup I've ever had. Get some of those Austin chefs to show you how it's done! New Mexican Martinis were good though.

We enjoy Chuy’s, and have had good experiences at this location. The staff are always friendly, and the atmosphere is fun, with interesting decor and things to look at. We have always enjoyed our food, and think anything we’ve tried on the menu is delicious.

Yummy and safely distanced dining inside and out! Sad that my fave - Elvis Green Chili Chicken - is no longer on the menu, but chicken enchiladas with Hatch green chili sauce was almost as good.

Great food at a good price. If you've been before, look at their menu because if you have a favorite dish it may have changed. We found out the hard way. We ordered the Comedia Deluxe and got only enchiladas without the taquitos, queso chips and taco. So be sure and read the menu 1st!

This is one of my favorite chain restaurants. The food and service are always good here. Mexican Cobb salad with fajita steak is great. Burritos. Nachos. All good.

This food is pretty lackluster. The first time I had it, about a decade ago, it was pretty good. Now every entree I get is meh. My sister and her family are big fans of the restaurant, so when I visit them, I usually come back.

I was here with a group of 8, and our waitress was fantastic. I don't remember her name but she was in a black St. Jude's shirt. The restaurant was super busy but she managed to stay on top of everything and did a wonderful job

This is my 2nd time going to Chuy's and it was ok. I got the fajitas and I have to say I've had better. I asked for corn tortillas but they were cold. The service was great!

Had to give a star just for the review.went on a dinner date we were told to wait it was fine 20 min in we get seated and the host seemed to not like us started with can I see I'd lol keep in mind we haven't even ordered so when I show I'd and ask for a drink he then turns n asked my wife for her I'd.at this point I show him her I'd he said no she needed too lol he couldn't take it from me.we walked away they laughed and said have a nice day.after the rude remark I asked for mgr.page.called up and no answer.sad will not return here.

The best chicken fajitas ever! Had a catering that fell through and Chuys came to the rescue with delicious chicken fajitas, rice and delivered everything on time and hot. Extremely greatful to the staff!

This is a very nice restaurant and bar. This place is busy but it's worth it. Very good service. The food quality is good and the quantity is very good. I had the crispy tacos with ground beef. It came with refried beans and rice. It hit the spot.

The food was nothing short of amazing. Staff in the bar area (specifically Joey and Arri) were very personable and fun to be around. Great service and great food. Highly recommend.

I called the restaurant to place a Togo order. The gentleman on the phone was professional and nice. However, I asked for chicken quesadillas and my quesadillas came with no chicken. This is not the first time that this has happened to me. I’m very disappointed that this has happened to me numerous times.

Their food sucks. I had cheese enchiladas. I question if maybe it was a frozen meal they pop into the microwave. The rice had no flavor. I did enjoy the salsa and chips.

Been 4 hours…still tasting the nasty nachos I was served. Wouldn’t recommend this place if I got paid to do it. Run away.

Great food and walked right in and got a table. Meagan took great care of us and got us in and out fast Will be back.

This place has the worst customer service. Restaurant full of people but they tell us we are closed. Even outside they don't have the close time posted. We were there before 9 yet they turned us away.
