My favorite Mexican restaurant in Houston metro! Very tasty, and the salsa fresca is my favorite (it is fresh made) ; almost always crowded

Used to be good. Not going back until they fix the menu.
Now limited menu has ruined this place.
Staff was great.
Corporate has limited the food menu.why?
Bring back the food.

The food is always consistently good, wait times are crazy some days, but the dinning area is so cramped. Only down fall is how comfortable the table placement isn't.

Been here 1x. My first visit was cool! The drinks are AWESOME! Everything is reasonably priced. The food good, tasty and on point.

Past 2 years this place has gone downhill. The minute you walk in the host are bitter and not much on greeting. I went here a month ago and got the same energy. My mom placed an order online to pickup 2 nights ago and her statement about picking up her food was, "they don't seem too friendly. " They never do. Please fix the attitude of your front of the house. Thanks.

I am mean! The simplest menu ever! Just for white pickey eaters! Lol food is horrible! Well at least Tex- mex food is at this place! And they charge … like arm and a leg.

Hostess was friendly and very accommodating. Valerie the server was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Couldn't have ask for a better night out! Thank you Chuy's!

Paid 50 for two beef burritos that are almost all beans, an order of ponchos, and a drink. The ponchos consist of whole ten chips, even tho it’s the more expensive nachos. Ten chips with beans ‘sirloin’ (its beef we paid for sirloin) and cheese. They forgot the drink (car side) but I wish I would have not said anything and left with out it, it had no flavor to it they need to change the bags. Also everything was ridiculously spicy. With out dips or hot sauce it’s so hot it gave me heartburn immediately. 10/10 do not recommend, would not eat there again. Almost want to try to get my money back it was a complete waste as neither my husband or I are eating this.

The service was good but the food just wasn't. The chips and green sauce were the best part of the whole dinner. The enchiladas i had were just ok. Also, their menu is so limited now, it's better to just go to Pueblo Viejo. At least they still have a full menu.

Food was great. More importantly, we had excellent service by our waiter, Patrick. We live several hours away and it was nice to have a good experience dining on our way home.

Food was great, service was great. Waitress was friendly, and attentive always checking to see if we needed anything. This was our first visit and will not be our last.

The staff was very friendly and attentive. The salsa is always on point and the only thing I enjoy at this point from this chain. I miss the old menu and I'm finding the new menu very lacking in flavor.

The prices are over charged for quality of food. You are paying for name not good food. The mixed drinks are better than food. But if you have enough vdrinks it does not matter how good food is. Once again I gave it a try. Food was awful. Cold everything. Asked for corn tortillas on enchiladas. Tased a little like corn. Had consistently of flour. No charro beans. Rice and refried beans looked and tasted as if they had been on plate all day. Again food over priced for quality you received. The waitress was good. Only thing there that was

Love Chuy's don't like that they stopped serving the queso blanco though. It was the best. Love the creamy jalapeños tho.

Good food and great service. I had the Chicka Chicka Boom Boom and it was very good. I would have liked the chicken cut up a bit more so the pieces were more bite size but the taste and sauce were delicious. Their complimentary chips and salsa were amazing. Our 17 top with many children were taken care of wonderfully by Brandee.

Brandee was the BEST! We never had to ask for refills, more chips or anything. She was on point. If there was an option for a 10 that's what I would've given Brandee. Great job, Thank you and God bless you.

My favorite Mexican food restaurant (Tex-Mex, their "salsa fresca" is my favorite salsa) ; excellent service; probably need reservations for party greater than 2 during busy times

This place got its rating because our server Lydia is so sweet and attentive! It was also her birthday! Our food took like 30 minutes to arrive, the beef fajita isn’t cut up for tacos which is okay, but it was dry and not juicy at all. Everything else was good. Kind of small on appetizers, also the strawberry margaritas you couldn’t taste any alcohol in them. Regardless we had a great time and enjoyed ourselves for my cousins birthday. Great food, great environment and wonderful staff. Visiting in town and brought my mom to try Chuys for the first time, they did not disappoint. We were treated warmly and quickly seated.

The food was great, mom had a taco salad and I had fajita steak quesadilla (have to ask for the steak, it’s so worth it).

Delicious!

I thought my chicken tortilla soup was good and so is the quesadilla. I forgot we were waiting because we didn't give them our phone number so they need a better method to remember real people who want to keep their privacy LOL but it was a fun dinner
