Chuy's, Addison TX

My observation was watching the servers stare at other servers needing help. Busting tables.sitting people.where is the teamwork! If it wasn't thier section.they would just look at u needing help.smh.and wait til the server come

Bad attitude, I hope you’ll hire people that would love there jobs instead you hire people hates what they do

First time here and I really enjoyed my meal which came highly recommended from a very able host - Hannah. Thanks to her, my friend and I had great Sunday lunch.

I have not been since covid. The restaurant is not the same and the service, food & menu is gone down to 1 Star. I am Dallas native and going to Chuy's since mid 80s. I am so disappointed and sad about this once good restaurant. I had to get my own drink and go to the front to cash out with bill since waiter dissapeared.

I made mistake taking my 80 year mother to restaurant with the server not wearing a mask. I did review this with the manager and server decided not show up at table agian.
I have contacted the restaurant and spoke to manger. Your job is make this restaurant great agian and not run into ground.
If going make all wear mask follow your own rules.

Chuy's has wonderful food. They make their flour tortillas there. The staff is doing a great job of making sure that everything is clean. Had people cleaning after anything is touched. Restroom was very clean also.

Alarm system kept going off and firedept was called and they couldnt turn it off. And had sit and eat my dinner in a loud alarm system kept going off hurts my ears and they dont offer half price off on meals when its the companys arlam system is going off

I love Chuy's. The ONLY problem is the inconsistency. I love spicy foods, but sometimes the salsa and sauces are too hot to eat. This was one of those days. The boom-boom sauce was inedible.

Excellent food served fast by friendly staff in a family friendly atmosphere. Great margaritas and drink specials. Prices are awesome and the location is right off Belt Line in the heart of Addison and Far North Dallas. Highly recommended.

I don't know if it is me or Chuy's, but I remember it being more tasty in the past. The one thing I dislike about the restaurant is, they have no draft beer.

Sat outside and service was a little slow with staff a bit confused as to who would be taking care of us.
Food was good, although the enchiladas I received were not correct.
I wanted a combination of the daily special enchilada (chicken and spinach one) and a regular cheese. Ended up with the regular cheese and a chicken with green sauce.

Also, which was pretty disgusting, there was mold on the menu. Looks like it was never cleaned

Great tasting food and plenty of food with the entrees. Salsa similar to pico, never had salsa like that but fantastic.

My favorite tex mex. Not elite but way better than most.

The queso is top notch and you need to take time to enjoy the different sauces.

The potato chip fried chicken may seem odd but it's clear that it was a chance someone took that went well. I love when a chain place keeps it quirks and shares them with people.

The definition of Tex-Mex. Which I'm not a huge fan of. However, the food here was good and the service was Def on point. The portions were freaking Texas Style *Everything is BIGGER IN Texas* BIG!
But still Tex-Mex. Get the Martini style Margarita. It's actually pretty darn Good!

Had an excellent server, Leif, and the food was great! He brought us ranch without us asking and usually I always ask which is normal but little things like that where he went the second mile and surprised us. He even suggested adding an egg to my chicken fried steak order, and I definitely did (I'm weird like that I guess) and I had no idea you could do that at Chuy's and I've gone to Chuy's for years!

Great food and very nice staff. The drinks were amazing and the atmosphere and music were just great. Very pleased.

Fresh is the word at Chuy's. Great atmosphere. Best chips and salsa. Good sized portions. Everything tasted incredible.

When I come here, I L O V E being attended to by Cali! Such an amazing guy! Hes always nice & respectful! He deserves a huge round of applause! My favorite place to eat & attended by my favorite as well!

It was very busy on a Saturday night as expected. The service was still very good as well was the food

Felt awkard that the manager would check on every other except for ours. I wonder why? But our sever was great. Idk if id like to go back. Akward experience.

Really like that they will make the food according to my allergy requirements. That means everything is fresh and made on site, not prepackaged garbage. Staff is friendly.
