So disappointed! Change your hours, Chuy's! Closing at 8 pm? Covid crisis is over in Texas Get with the program. Your loyal customers are going to Los Cucos next door because you are closed. Take care of of your customers and go back to normal hours! I miss your Mexican Martins!

Unfortunately, this restaurant is not worth the wait. We checked in online with a 30m wait, then had to wait another 30m when we got there. We were seated near several college aged dinners, so it was extremely loud. The salsa wasn't anything to talk about and we had some remaining.which tells you something. The food was cool to the touch when it arrived and was bland. Frankly, local food trucks have better taste than Chuy's. For all the hype, I guess I expected more. After the food delivery, we never saw the waitress again until time to pay.which is when she finally asked if we wanted refills. After having to share drinks to get our food down, we were ready to go. Paying was easy and were on our way to the massively over-crowded waiting area and parking lot. We will not be returning.

Wonderful service from Paula at this Waco location. I try the Quesadillas at every restaurant possible when I dine out. Chuy's has the best. Enough for two servings so I get to enjoy then again later at home.

Lots of food for the price, the enchilada sauce a little too heavy on the chili powder, but the jalapeno cream sauce served with fresh tortilla chips is really good.

Great food and the service was excellent! Marisa was our server and she made it a great experience!

Alright tex mex food. If you like chipotle then this is your place. A little on high price though. If you're looking for authentic Mexican, this is not for you.

Hands down best tex-mex ive ever had. Our wait for a table for 5 adults and 4 kids was very short, even though it was around dinner time. Have no words for decor, except it kept the short attention of my restless 4yr old, and was very unique

Good food. I got the hatch chile chicken enchiladas with green chile rice and the BlackBerry splash whiskey drink. Loved it. Server was patient with me and attentive yet Not annoying at the same time. The Rims on the ceiling look dusty and dull but that's okay. Lol

Always get the Chicka Chicka Boom Boom enchiladas and they are always delicious. Especially during Chile Fest. Have always had good to great service and never a problem with my order.

Great food, Chuys was very busy, so we sat at the bar. They didn't disappoint. Food and service were wonderful.

I've been to the Chuys in Waco for my first date with my gf. It was okay. Food here? Fantastic. Real yummy treat. The only reason for 4 star is because they always have the free meal name card jar full but never seem to announce winners of the monthly free meal. Hmm.

We love Chuy's. They have a bom bom sauce that you can have them put on any of their food items. Or you can get it on the side if you have never tried it. It is delicious.

Went there and the food was great until I pulled a hair out of my beef fajita taco. Management was kind and comped the meal. Although, they made excuses for the hair. Reccomend making those with long hair making and serving, have it pulled back. I loved eating there but Once I find a hair, I can't eat there anymore.

This is one of my family's favorite restaurant to eat at we always order to go and the orders are always right and so delicious great burritos and chips and dips.

One of my favorite places to eat, but this time my Baja tacos were sadly disappointing. And there was no green sauce on the table or any of the food. If I didn't have to drive for an hour to get there it probably wouldn't have bothered me! The service however was excellent, the wait staff was friendly and very helpful.

Steak burrito with the hatch green chili. AMAZING. Would be 5 stars, but it was humid, hot and the wait isn't a good thing when taking clients to lunch.

Great Tex-Mex food. Wait staff are friendly and attentive without being pushy. The place is always busy. Easy access to SH 6 and IH 35.

I have eaten here multiple times and this time had to have been my worst experience ever when asked for the creamey jal dip it took forever for her to get it to us also she disappeared with my drink I saw here pass by our table five times

Food cold, not enough shrimp dishes not any imitation crab n potato dishes, not enough spicy chicks or spicy shrimp dishes was very disappointed

I waited 20 minutes for a to go order of 2 servings of beans that never came out. Meanwhile there were 4-5 workers and the manager Im assuming standing around doing nothing at the hostess stand. I don’t know how hard it is to scoop beans into a container, I guess only certain people have that skill and not the 5 that we’re standing around looking bored.
