Cicis, Garland TX

I like to go with my husband and family but personnel is too disrespectful, they take away new pizzas so we can finish the old ones

Needs improvement, environment is clean, but the workers do not keep fresh pizza out on the Buffett with a restaurant full of guest, they really need to focus on that I've been twice same results both times

This place offers awesome service as well as enjoyable meals. One of my favourite restaurants around town. The drinks and food came out quickly and the prices were economical. I recommend this place.

I really liked this place (it's probably super common here, but I came in for a visit from Mexico and pizza buffets are not something you can find). I like thin crust, and they have it. I like warm, melted cheese and they have that too. I didn't love the soup, it was just a little too salty or too seasoned.

Review update: I'm glad comments turned in great improvement, last months the quality, service and ambiance were much better. I just want to recognize the management for listen to the clients.

Old review: Is this a pizza buffet or charity place? , it's very lame. A big chain like CiCi's can't keep the furniture in good shape the worst, all the buffet was empty!

I am not too keen on buffet pizza but for the price kids love it. The desserts are what I like more than the pizza.

Arrived late in the day. Only a couple of customers in the place. Salad bar, pizza and desserts were well stocked and fresh. Good food and service. Much better than some of the other locatons.

Food was old, they did not want to make anything fresh for us. Restaurant was clean but the absolute worst cicis i have ever been to.

The one off Skillman and 635 before you get to royal lane has a manager who is on a bad power trip.she snapped at me when I was in shock about them charging me. 99 cents for a child under 3. I understand some locations may be different but she did not have to reply to me the way she did. It was a horrible experience. I take my child to cicis one or twice a week I'll never be back to this location again!

Place is incredibly dirty. The line had 2 half pizzas. Oredered a personal pizza that took over 40 minutes to get. Staff was sitting around dping ABSOLUTELY nothing. No pasta, no sauces. The foutain drink were the only good thing here! DO NOT COME HERE!

This place is horrible I would not come here to eat Pizza it's dry the only way to get good pizza here is to make it or create your own thethe line Buffet it's always dry and the pizza it's always hard as a rock they don't change or renew their Pizza the staff treat these mental challenge people that work here like s***and it's so rude how they treat them they make them do all the work as they sit in the back and laugh and joke around as the butt lineup Buffet need to be changed recycledneed

One of my favorites when I am in Richardson, TX. I am not sure if the Cicis I like is in Garland or Richardson.

Pizza varieties few; no chicken or Mexican Puzza; manager claimed it was company owned store and they had a set menu.

No. No. No. This place is gross the staff isn't friendly. So unsanitary from the bathrooms to the play area. Their understaffed and you can feel the frustration of the workers

This location is horrible! Staff is rude, salad bar is a joke, no selection of pizza, no deserts and pizza is dried out! Do not go here!

Great selection of pizza, always putting fresh pizza out. Would definitely recommend to anyone liking for a variety of of pizza

Always more expensive than other Cici’s. Always worst customer service and the pizza is dry compared to other Cici’s because they are trying to save ingredients and get paid more by hardworking people. Scammers and non integrity filled employers. Hate this place.

Pizza was dried out, and salad bar was a joke, though well stocked n clean in what they give you. I been here plenty of times, and I was disappointed majority this time around. They even allowed a customer to used the same plate over n over. Major NO NO.

Not expensive food but you can fill up for sure. Great for seniors and for kids. 2 seniors with drinks about $13. Always hot and fresh and includes garden salad or ceaser salad. They keep it very clean.

Place not clean, slow unconcerned. I had my 4 grandchildren with me. I felt bad that they picked this place.
