The pizza is the delicious as ever!
Hopefully things get better where we can get to get the food without needing to ask!

The customer service was excellent from the moment we walked in the door. The staff was extremely attentive. There was always fresh pizza being put out, though the location was very busy when we went. The staff was continually cleaning up, delivering pizzas, and providing excellent service. They were quick and made this the smoothest run CiCi's I've been to and I really enjoyed the food.

I really appreciate there being concerned about about every one's Heath manager and employee were wearing masks the staff were very polite

Whoa. This is a sad place to be. You may need to reevaluate your life choices if you eat here more than once. I counted 4 employees on their phone. This location is dark, dank, and for some reason around 65 degrees. Avoid!

Good pizza, good atmosphere, and good desserts. I never regret coming here. No, the pizza isnt 5 quality, but it isnt bad either.

Pizza was cold not many choices and the place is extremely dirty and smells horrible. The bathrooms were so bad I couldn't use them pee all over the toilets and the floor were disgusting.

Food was great, but outside it said. "Try OJR wings" and what the heck is that!? Howev rfood is alright!

The wakeboarding left something to be desired, but the white sand beaches and perfect weather were just as advertised. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good location for a tropical get-away.

About par for a Cicis. But the chicken bacon pizza tasted a little off and the restroom was a bit of a wreck.

Used to be good my wife got a mushroom pizza and it had dirt on pizza from mushrooms looks some one forgot to wash them 5 years ago was the best place to go but not any more they change their managers every other month because this place always got problems I had pizza made waited 40 minutes for it and they forgotten about it let me remind you there are less than 8 people in there so they are not busy at all

Not very clean, the staff was more in there own world. I don't really like writing bad reviews but im not going to lie either. This place is not updated, which I know doesn't matter but it's just not clean.

I've been to around 7 separate Cici's and this is by far the worst in cleanliness, customer service, and fresh food.

Cicis is always a place I leave feeling slightly disgusted with myself. Because it is all you can eat, I usually end up eating more than I should. The food here for the most part is pretty average. Though I really like the minestrone soup, and the desert pizza. Those two things are the only reason that I have been to cicis more than once. At least the buffet is really cheap.

Every time I eat here I feel like I committed a crime, the prices for the buffet are so low you almost feel like you're stealing pizza!

It's Cicis. I'd you want great pizza, go to Durkin's. If you want soup, salad, unlimited pizza, and dessert for 5 bucks.

Dirty plates every plate I picked up was filthy idk why and the manager kept seeing me pick up dirty plates and never told tge people to put them back in the dish washer it really sucked

Similar to other CiCisas far as food goes but it is a bit dingy. The chairs felt sticky last time we went.

Best Cicis I have ever been to. Friendly, attentive staff with a steady supply of hot, delicious food.

Garlic breadsticks weren’t cooked. It was bread dough with melted cheese on top. When I told the mangager, he argued with me because he had made them. Pizza had barely any cheese on them and what was on it was hard and not good. Plates were dirty, bathroom doors didn’t lock and was disgusting with sticky floors. If you want to get sick, then come to Cici’s in McKinney.
