Cicis Pizza, Dallas TX

Longest wait for a pizza. A ten minute wait ended up becoming a thirty minute delay and on top of that I had to pay for a ranch cup that wasn't even halfway full.

I ordered cheesy bread it looked good but you can definitely tell the ingredients are old. Bread tasted stail.

If I could give them 0 I would. I ordered pizza online last night. When I arrived the gentleman said nothing came thru. I showed him my email confirmation to prove I did order and pay for it. He scratched his head and kept saying he didnt know. Told me I could wait til the order comes through. I ordered it online to not wait. I asked how I can get my money refunded. He didnt know that either. He said this happened earlier and he gave the guy "free pizza" but dont want to give out free pizza all night. He mentioned how he needed to call his manager but he didnt seem like that was a priority. Therefore I had to tell him to call his manager. He "did" but no answer. Not rocket science but write down my info with the confirmation and make our pizza! Called bank to refund my money. Thank you dominos for not disappointing us. Fast delivery, better pizza and very nice delivery man. Will never come here again even though I live 1 minute away.

Would surely recommend trying this spot. Excellent mood, fresh food, excellent service. They never disappoint.

Pizzas are frozen and reheated and not fully cooked as from the taste it turns out horrible. Not even my kids enjoy the play room.only thing good here is the fresh made brownies.

So if there could be a no stars option that would be it for this place I ordered a large cheese pizza and there were parts of the slices where it was bare just bread crust no sauce no cheese and it was the thinnest thing I've ever seen.so we complained and went for a new one the manager was very very unprofessional looked very uninterested in my argument as I was explaining what I didn't like and he walked away as I was talking and brought me a new pizza then he walked away.never again with this place.

This Cicis location hardly ever answers phone and when you go in person its closed 15-20mins early than posted closing time on door. This has occurred on several occasions. Cicis Corp has does nothing to resolve each time besides apologize.

Cicis has the worst managers They are rude and arrogant to the clientele. They don't want to realize that if it were for the customers they wouldn't have this position. The Cicis where I live recently closed (mismanagement). I stopped going to Cicis!

What happened to this Cicis? I live across the street and have been coming here for years. It was great now it is the worst I've been to.they turn off their phones 75% of the time, the employee has told me himself. So you have to go there to actually order which is an inconvenience to alot of us. A manager or owner needs to get to the bottom of this. You guys are losing so much money!

Just another general experience. However I will say tradition has declined in respects to service. Just less than a year ago, typically if you order a personal pizza it would at least bring you the pizza. I waited after ordering a personal pizza and several staffers simply watched my buzzer buzz off the table knowing the pizza is getting colder and simply watching from behind the counter. Dont get me wrong, it's a buffet but I mean honestly, I could just order takeout for the price.

I have notice this place do not answer phone calls lately. I liked this place better than other pizza places but I guess I will take my business elsewhere.

I admire how creative their pizza are with their unique yet flavorful toppings. And every time I come back to try new different toppings, they never fail to amaze me.

Have been calling for 30 min. Get here to order in person. Eric is taking my order. I asked why isn't anyone answering the phones. His response was because we are busy. I laughed and asked is this what you are told by your manager to do. He said naw this is just what I do. I said ok well that's nice. This location is losing a lot of clients!
