Cicis Pizza, San Antonio TX

Management showed lack of customer service! As they forgot to make pizza that our family waited on; in addressing we waited for almost an hour one of the managers on duty stated pizza ordered was placed on buffet line and buzzer wasn't working. I did not appreciate the disrespect being mislead. Overall aside from rude service by management, employees were great.

Well the female employees I was watching how they work move around are really doing their job keep in Place nice and clean especially this one tall Young large girl she is very good. Manager I can't say much about him

Love the price of the all you can eat and drink and the pizza is always good and fresh, you can also order your own personal crust, sauce and toppings speciality pizza of your choice on the buffet.

I've always enjoyed this place, but even more as the pandemic still goes on they keep the social distancing tables and serve the pizza for you so everyone does have to touch the food handles which I think is amazing. And the pizza looks like its in a nice display case like a cafeteria. I love the safety precautions. Unlike the other cicis on bandera

Great food good experience. I thought covid would make it weird but no same old Cici's greet you when you enter say goodbye when you leave. It was like visiting an old friend. Love the pizza.

It's was great. The atmosphere was a bit boring though. Very different now from then due to covid. I don't think we will be dining anytime soon. Rather order out. Pizza still remains delish!

Came in tonight BUSY as can be, full house including a sports team of teenage boys. And SOMEHOW the management had this place running like a well oiled machine. Fresh hot pizzas on the buffet, NO ONE in line waiting for ANYTHING, buser was bussing so fast as soon as tables were emptied they were cleaned PROPERLY and made available. Servers at the buffet PROMPT and knew exactly where everything was and the name of every single pizza, the pizza was HOT and FRESH, and of course always delicious. Even towards the closing time. When I saw 9 pm creeping up NONE of the staff seemed rushed or bothered. The remaining customers (myself included) could feel the calm environment and NO rush to leave at all. Employees were so tentative we wanted for nothing tonight. I’m completely impressed however the MOST impressive part was I GENUINELY could NOT pick out the manager just from the naked eye because EVERYONE was working together tonight doing ONE job and doing it EXCEEDINGLY well. Hats off to cicis. You’re setting the bar. 5 out of 5 stars tonight!

Staff was kind of rude, and the quality has gone down hill I should have gone to ppp same price less choices but much better

My kids loved the new safety protocols practiced. You tell the staff what is that you want to eat, while they serve the food behind the glass. My kids loved to interact with the staff. Lol.

I called in an order at 1416 to be picked up at 1730. The online deal was different 5han in store so the manager called me direct to notify me that I'd be charged more than what I had been. I show up at the store at 1732 they say there is no order. After about 15 minutes they "remember" they had changed the name on the order. 20 minutes later and I am still waiting on the pizzas to be made. Definitely will not be repeating business here. Did not even offer to comp any part of anything nor offer an apology. Wow.

ETA update: the manager, Alyssa, called me and apologized the next day. She started off explaining the "door dasher" gave the wrong name for the order, but that "door dasher" was my boyfriend and I was also on the phone with staff being told there was no order for my name while he was having problems inside. She remade the whole order (6 pizzas & cheesy bread) and also threw in an order of wings and Cinnamon rolls for free. The food was good and hot this time with minimal wait time.

Pizza was great, service was great but please please have more respect for your customers. There was a woman customer who had a togo order that was talking to the manager and she had her mask under her chin. She was sneezing and coughing everywhere and the manager gave her a cup for a drink and she went to the soda machine and was coughing on it. I was going to get more food but when I saw that I lost my appetite and I left. I had my daughter thats 1 with me and i did not want her to get sick. For the manager to not acknowledge that this woman is contaminating everything is just crazy.

I just want to share my experience so others can be aware of the current guidelines Cici's Pizza has due to Covid-19. The dining room is open and ordering is still the same process. What has changed is you can no longer serve yourself food. The staff will serve the salad, pasta and pizza. Drinks are still self serve. The staff also cleans/sanitizes the tables after you have left. The tables are also spread out. Staff was friendly.

Alyssa and her team were super friendly, great customer service and the place was super clean with outstanding COVID-19 safety practices. Thank you for a great experience! My Grandkids and I will be back! November 19,2020 at 2: 47 pm.
