Cicis Pizza, Burleson TX

It's a CiCi's. It wasn't spotless, but it wasn't gross/crazy dirty. Prices are good, makes it affordable to take a group of people out (like a team after a sports game or a bunch of hungry 13 year olds having a sleepover). Most of the games in the arcade area were busted in some way or another but the manager gave my niece and her friend a refund so that was cool. We would definitely come back to this location.

Really rude Manager and talking about her employees when she is the one with the nasty attitude! Never coming back here.

I stopped coming here because in the past it was really dirty the tables and chairs were always filthy the food was terrible and they had a bunch of girls cooking the food and serving that look dirty themselves and would always lay around thought I would never come back until after a while my grandson asked me to take him I was so surprised to see how nice and clean it was. I ask the girl if it was under New Management and said yes it was I told her about my previous experiences and she totally apologize which I found was really nice considering she had nothing to do with this place at the time we are actually sitting here now and watching these guys work really hard the bus boy has not stopped cleaning since I have came in. I will keep coming and also bring my friends.

The price is very affordable, the buffet is $9 per adult and $5 per child. Plus 2.5 dollars per adult drink and children's drink is free of charge and with refil.

The buffet includes pizza of various flavors and a green salad to accompany it. Also includes dessert.

It is a very economical place and ideal to take children, since in the background they have an area with machines to play.

The manager on duty was HORRIBLE if you are the franchisee or owner of this location I would love to talk to you about my experience today

It needs a little more cleaning in the bathrooms, but it is more the user's fault than the establishment's

Could only be better if Cici's would bring back their original bacon cheeseburger pizza. It was GR8!

Came here for the kids and had a great experience. Lucas, one of the workers there, is just an awesome guy! He definitely made us want to come back.

My wife and I came here to eat; not many people were there at that time. I saw a guy there whom I worked with in the past - good catching up. The place, though, was rather warm, and it seemed like the A/C was off or not working right. Other than that, it was great.

It's a Cici's pizza. Don't expect to much. But out of all the ones I've been to, this is the best. It's been the cleanest and has friendly staff. The food is ok, (pretty good for the price) I could eat their cinnamon rolls all day.
The mini arcade is nice, and I didn't have any problems with any of them working.

Pizza was great like always, but the place was filthy. Everything was super greasy. But of course I will go back because pizza is great

Amazing I haven't gone here for 3 years and I go back it's as great as I remember it amazing food and since all you can eat I stand plates on plates. Really it's just amazing 5star completely

Stopped in for a quick lunch and was happy with this Cici's. Quickly greeted upon walking in, plenty of fresh pizza and they even had my fav.taco pizza which is rarely ever put out. Def will be back to this location.

Clean, had a good selection of pizza and salad when we visited. Most gaming machines were up just wished they had a little more.

I mean, it's Cici's. Cardboard with sauce and cheese on it. If you're starving, it ain't half bad.

To start the salad bar was almost empty the soups and pasta were not good and the pizza had way to much cheese and and small amounts of meats! Would not recommend

The employees were very nice and were also very CLEAN! I've been to a lot of CiCi's Pizzas before and they were dirty and the plates were not clean but I can't say that about this location! They were cleaning every second we were there, they were quick to take empty plates and cleaning tables left and right! We will definitely be back here!

We came in late and we were waiting for a little bit because the staff were busy. A worker came by and let us eat free since we waited for a bit. After we sat down and began eating the GM asked if we wanted any special pizzas. We ordered BBQ pizza and when it came, I asked Dylan what makes him happy. We had a good conversation for a few minutes and got to know a little bit about him. I think he has an amazing attitude and he seems to be a great GM. He definitely left a great impression on us and wish him the best in his job here!

Pizza buffet is awesome! I love the Alfredo pizza it's so yummy!
The staff is always friendly!
