The service is bad specially the old man does no his responsibility how to handle customers

Awful, barely any pizzas.went to go ask for refund and only received half of my refund cause we used the cups (they even asked for the cups back?) the manager was very rude as well.never coming back.

This location is often quite dirty but there is almost never a wait for food and food is consistent with other locations. We only come to this location because of it's proximity to other things we do in the area.

I was coming from work and decided to buy pizza for my kids, I was there for more than 1 hour alongside one white lady, then the old man showed up. I guess he owns the place, and he was offering the white lady free drink and ignored me, I actually came before the lady, but probably because I am black. The lady at the reception looked at my eyes and quickly ran and explained to him to offer me a drink. He came back and asked, but I said I did not want to. This is a place where my husband will take my kids at least 2 times a week. I will never go here again. The old man is evil

Good afternoon, my opinion is that today I went to cicis pizza and the truth is there were not many pizzas, the line of pizzas were already very old with one or two slices on each tray, bad service

Manager is very rude, My brother was celebrating his son's birthday he paid for over 12 people I myself didnt eat or drink, just should up for my nephew, he kept coming around to make sure I wasn't eating and I told him I wasn't eating he even started touching the kids toys I dont understand what his problem was.

This Cicis compared to the one off of Jupiter is way nicer. The manager walked around talked to you.cared about his restaurant. Fresh pizzas & desserts coming out non stop!

This place was disgusting, I'm not sure if it's just this location or all, I haven't been to cicis in about 10 years but the food was so horrible, tasteless, fake cheese and not even cooked, absolutely horrible. Not to mention the cashier was the only nice employee there, he Hispanic cook and food handler behind the buffet we're so so rude and looked miserable! Get another job if u don't enjoy working here! Do not go here call Domino's! I'd give minus 100 stars if o could

Hadn't been here in ages but had a craving, or maybe nostalgic yearning.
It wasn't what I remember.

I called in my pizza and due to their history of it never being ready when they say I ran a couple errands. When I arrived for pick up my the manager (the Hispanic lady) lied and said they only keep pizzas for 30 minutes and then trash them. It’s a buffet, come up with a better lie next time! AWFUL. Offered me NOTHING for my inconvenience.

Very very disappointed in the chat service I received from the manager and the staff about a pizza that they offer online which comes with tomatoes but once I said that I didn’t have tomatoes the manager argued with me that it didn’t come with tomatoes so I went online to show her that it does in fact comes with tomatoes she continued to say they don’t cook with tomatoes. I told her twice I have ordered the same pizza from that exact location and I did in fact have tomatoes then after 10 mins she offered to our tomatoes on it but at that point I was not willing to wait for a pizza especially being that my other pizza was getting cold. And I was indirectly called a liar cause have had the pizzas from this exact location with tomatoes. If Cici don’t offer pizzas with tomatoes than it should be taken off line. I won’t be visiting a location that calls me a liar indirectly not make me feel like I’m delusional. And I’m still wanting my money back for the order because the staff ruined my appetite

Best cici’s I’ve been to. Manager was ON TOP of his game and customer service. Workers showed great teamwork. Clean game room for the children! Plenty of fresh pizza being thrown on the buffet. Wish I lived closer so I could come back next time I’m craving some good pizza and times! Again, shoutout to the manager he is 10/10 he stayed busy making pizza and helping the team! Talking to and making every guest feel welcome’d)

Took forever to get someone to take our order. Then pizza was not fresh chewy hard crust cause was old. I ordered a fresh bbq pizza which never came out. Several out like it. Poorly made hardly no toppings. And cinnamon rolls were hard. Of all things. And the restaurant was so hot inside I couldn't hardly stand it. Can't stand to eat in a hot place. My grandson got sick before we left the place. Worse Cicis I've ever been in. Was sick at my stomach on way home my brother too. Was not worth what we payed for five people.

Owned by a crook! Paid for a pizza to take home, and 2 buffets, ate and went to the game room with my grandson. While gone they cleaned my table and threw away the receipt. The owner starts going off about not having the receipt. EVEN THOUGH THE PIZZA WAS SITTING THERE WITH MY NAME ON IT.half sausage and pepperoni JUST LIKE I ORDERED. And even though it was obvious I was right about the pizza he threw it away. I'm too broke to be paying for a pizza to be thrown away. Been here many times but the owner decided I was a crook. NEVER AGAIN!

It was okay, I mean it's Cicis, what ya expect? If you want a fresh hot pizza, you're better off ordering ya one on the buffet instead of grabbing whats already there. One thing that really grinds my gears is that they have gotten rid of the pasta. They make too much money for them to be so damn cheap! Bring back the pasta please and thank you!

It is Cici so no great expectations but they had too many strange pizza choices like Mac and Cheese which just sat there and was not always fresh pepperoni.

It's Cicis, it's pizza. It's not great pizza, but it's decent. The price isn't bad for what you get, so I'm definitely not complaining. But the service is usually really good, doesn't seem to matter which one you go to. At least locally.
