Everything was excellent. Great service, food is delicious, and I was able to watch a Rangers vs. Astros game.

We are visiting San Angelo for the eclipse. And were super excited to find a fantastic Mexican restaurant for dinner. The margaritas were excellent and well priced the salsa had a good level heat. The fajitas we ordered were some of the best we have had in a restaurant. We also had the pollo poblano and every bite was fantastic. The burrito was not the type you could pick up and eat but it was still very good.

Been coming to this spot since it opened. It's my wife's and my favorite place to get away locally.

Best Mexican restaurant in San Angelo! Service is always amazing, food is delicious and you HAVE to try the table side guacamole. Also great bar drinks! Blows Henry’s out of the water! 100 out of 10

When I want reliably delicious food in San Angelo, Cielo is my top pick. I haven't ordered anything I haven't liked yet. My favorite dish is the Bollywood Burrito - it's by and far the best vegetarian dish I've had in San Angelo. I also adore their flan. It's smooth and creamy, and the berry compote adds a little zing to balance out the sweetness. I usually order takeout and they package everything well - it survives the ride home just fine.

The food is amazing, we order the Molcajete.piled high with beef, chicken, shrimp, chorizo and grilled cheese.come sizzling out of the kitchen unto our table.by far one of the best meals we've had in town.highly recommend and will be dining in again.

Excellent eatery! The food is good, the service is excellent and the atmosphere is pleasant, spacious and inviting. Do yourself a favor and enjoy a meal at Cielo!

The Mocajete was disappointing with over cooked meat and nopalitos that tasted pickled (like a cooked cup of La Costena). The tostados were mixed and stale and the tortillas were cold and crumbly. I ordered flour tortillas and surprise! Got whatever the cook wanted to throw on the plate. No thank you. Good luck.

It has to be the best Mexican food we have ever had hands down. We have tried over 39 Mexican restaurants from San Angelo to San Antonio, Cielos is by far the best.

My experience started off with being ignored by the hostess until I said something. I then got seated in the back by the bar which is no big deal except that I was the only one back there and it’s where the employees were going to take their breaks. Not a big deal but it made me feel as if I invading their space. It was also a lot hotter back there than in the main dining room. Also being seated back there it seemed as if they forgot about me, I waited 10 minutes before finally flagging someone down to take my order. This would be totally understandable if they were busy but they were not at all. I waited another 20 minutes for my food to come out and it was not what I ordered. Again not a huge deal but on top of already waiting for a while it was a bit frustrating. Once I finally got my correct order I will say the tacos were fantastic, but at no point did anyone come by to see if I needed anything or to refill my drink. I had sat there again for another 15 minutes when I was done eating before I had to flag someone down to get my check. To top this off the chips were very stale. I will say that the prices are fair and the food was good but the service was lacking. There are much better Mexican restaurants with better service that I will be going to instead of here.

Not interested in anything on their menu and good service didn't stay cuz didn't see anything interesting on the menu

The food had no taste and the male waiters serves was terrible stay away from their and for a Mexican restaurant the only served black beans no regular refried beans

Food is mediocre for the pricing. Atmosphere is a little elegant and quiet. It is kid friendly. Service is a little slow all of the time.

The service was slow but ok and the restaurant was clean. But the food was bland-bland mole poblano! Overpriced, too. With all the delicious Mexican food in San Angelo, we won't be back to Cielo.

One star because you have to. Can not recommend anything from here. My husband and I both agree very blan poor Mexican food. Server even said they do not make their chile rellenos they are bought. High price for TV dinner food
