Usually like this place but the waitress working out on the patio seem like she only focus on certain customers and wasn't friendly at all. Maybe she needed help but she still could've check on others and not just the same ones.

This is what Dallas Texas is about; everything’s big in Texas, especially this nice looking, wonderfully ventilated cigar lounge. Plenty of parking, guaranteed mixed crowd of friendlies, good music, and believe it or not… a great selection of non alcoholic beer!

Great Place to go smoke and buy cigars with friends and family who injoy it. I liked going in and buy a good cigar and sitting down to enjoy it. Had a bar that served great drinks. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely coming back when I am in town again.

I am the President (Basileus) of Alpha Iota Iota Chapter of Omega Psi Phi, Inc. Our brothers have been coming to Cigars International since its opening and invite others to enjoy game night, cigars, and a mature environment. The Cigars International is always welcoming, friendly, and offer a wide selection of drinks and cigars.

We recently had our Founders Day Celebration on November 17,2021 at Cigars International with the wonderful coordination and assistance by Shelbie Dean Gallington who is the ultimate professional in retail management and coordination. She made our event a major success and made everyone feel comfortable. We were also given our premium staff service all night by Randee Nicole, Ashley Munoz, Veronica Megan-Hutcheson, Raina Woodard, and others.

Love the lounge I come often. The servers and humidor are fantastic. However, it was probably 55° or colder and super smoky (like the air system was messed up) when I was in there last Friday which is unacceptable to be inside a cigar lounge. Something needs to be changed as it gets colder outside.

Shelby at Cigars International-The Colony, provided a wonderful experience for my organizations founders day celebration. Her customer service and professionalism were superb! The Bartenders and waitresses were outstanding as well! Our waitress Ashley really took care of us and had a wonderful attitude! Thanks again!

This place has it all figured out. Great space. Great cigar selection. Great bar service. Whether you're a cigar aficionado or a newbie, you'll feel right at home regardless. Draws a great crowd of people. You'll strike up conversations with random strangers and be old friends a couple cigars later. This place really has it figured out.

It's been a long time since I've been to this store. I usually frequent the one in ft worth. I came in today for a smoke and a couple brews and sat down and smoked my entire cigar which took about an hour. The entire time I was there, not one person ever approached me to ask me if I wanted a drink. So after smoking my entire cigar I left and I won't be going back!

Great place to buy cigars, the selection is amazing, you will not find a larger humidor anywhere. Also a fun place to hang out and enjoy a cigar, only it has become VERY popular so finding a place to sit can often be a challenge. Giving them 4 stars only because if you arrive on a Friday or Saturday night the entire parking lot is blocked off to valet only. Come on, really? I don't want to give my car to a valet driver so I end up parking my car myself and then paying the valet guy. I understand its crowded, but this is not the solution.

CMON CI get your patio screens fixed in the Colony. They are always broken like the shake machines at McDonalds. You can't sit outside when it's cold.

I am a frequent customer at CI and the place is amazing! My Fraternity had an event there and the Manager (Shelby) did a great job in helping us get everything set up to have a successful event. The whole staff is great as well!

Great setting and selection. Cigar staff know their smokes. Would be nice if there were some basic food options to go with the drinks, but overall a great place to have a smoke and a drink, inside or outside.

Not a place to just enjoy a cigar; at least not in the evening. The place gets super packed, it’s hard to hear and the staff is overwhelmed.

Just want to emphasize the staff is doing it’s best but the place itself is just false advertising.

It’s not a cigar lounge; it’s a bar that sells cigars.

OK. Friendly environment. They had a shortage of staff so service wasn't consistent. Overall it was a pleasant experience.
