Cimarron Court Apartment Homes reviews
12The year I signed my first lease, the residents and myself have gone through so many managers and leasing agents. Also, Land Lords have changed. Since Amanda and Jackie (sic?) have been here, they have been more responsive and courteous with maintenance issues. The one issue I have is the over growth of two trees on the side and back of building 6. The last time the trees were trimmed, the landscapers forgot to trim these 2 trees.
Been here since June 4th and I regret it.
Management ain’t it. The gates don’t work.
I get lies, extra charges, rude office staff… I could keep going.
Finding this place 2 months ago was a great decision! The management was very fair and patient with me in my moving process, they were fantastic. The apartments are very nice. If you're looking for a good place to live at a fair price, this is it.
Shouts out to the property manager Amanda and the staff at cimmaron court apartments for helping me out with everything I need here if there's anything u need just ask for her.
The place is nice and quiet good place to live.
Living here at CIMARRON Court has been the best decision I have made for my daughter & I. Being a single parent I feel very comfortable & safe with security gates & well lit outdoors. Staff is also great to respond to any concerns or maintenance needs. We have lived here going on 4 yrs & love the location with schools & lots of shopping needs nearby.
The pool & workout room is also a plus.
I highly recommend to anyone single or families. We don’t have a playground for kids nor dog park, but we have an excellent city park just a few blocks away
with a great playground & huge area for pets. Also Garcia Library is by the park.
It is a good place to live everyone is nice and I have no problems living there I’ll give it 5 stars
Beware of living here, office staff constantly changes so no one ever knows what is going on, you have to call multiple times if you have a maintenance emergency like your ac going out which lots of people do. So many people have that problem that at time I was there their was a waiting list for a window unit. After all said and done my apartment was flooded and I told them multiple times about it seeming like a second leak. But they never listen to me and be little me when talking about it. The roaches there are so bad. I know my self and my other neibor had so many problem with the roaches. As well as it not being a safe place.
Also please beware of some of the reviews they where at one point doing a contest for a prize if you left a good review you could win a prize, also they would change the way you could make payments day before rent was due so you would have sign up for an account that would charge you a percentage of what your rent was due. Please I recommend you looking elsewhere.
Excellent place to rent The office staff is very professional the girls our very helpful! Thank you a beautiful place & community to live thank u lady’s
I was a tenant here for 6 years.
We moved because suspected mold was making us sick in our unit. My 3 and 5 year old boys were consistently coughing and getting ill, not even mentioning my husband and I’s symptoms.
After MUCH difficulty, they finally let us leave and notated that the reason was due to “UNHAPPY WITH MAINTENANCE”. Well, that’s one way to put it.
I’m not saying every apartment has mold, but it took up to speaking with the regional manager to get anything resolved.
Hello, love this place, went on a tour last week, the front deck Bree was very smooth and knowledgeable, helpful and answered all my questions with no hesitation, I will Be returning.
Ps. This apartment complex has great prices, and is very beautiful and clean definitely gonna recommend Bree for 5 stars and as. Well as the complex!
Amazing property! Beyond satisfied with how the office employees helped me with everything I needed to get my place. Very quick with answers needed plus more! Would highly recommend to others
Do not recommend living here unless it's a last resort.
1. The condition of the apartment is subpar for the price of the rent.
2. Everyone had the same gate code so it was not a surprise when our car was broken into and management did nothing to mitigate the problem in the future.
3. There seems to be dogs that roam the property (2 specifically) as their owners choose not to keep them on a leash.
4. Front desk ladies never seem to get into work on time and rarely answer the phone as well. They will randomly leave the office and won't come back at the time stated at the door.
5. Gate doors are broken so really no use for gate code to begin with.
6. AC went out twice in the 10 months we lived there. Not to mention our place got flooded as well.
7. We would get notices to vacate even though rent had been paid which was an annoyance.
8. Other tenants would smoke pot in their apartments, balconies/porches, and in the parking lot.
9.while corpus has a large bird population the fact that our doorstep/stairs as well as many other neighbors were covered with their feces.
10. Probably one of the most concerning issues was how the maintenance could come and go out of your apartment as they pleased and unannounced. I remember specifically having to hurry and get dressed properly before the man with the small braid opened the door. He could have seen me naked, I was home alone!
I'm sure there are more complaints I could make however I'll leave it at that.
