Used to be a Great neighborhood but since Section 8 housing and a multiple burned down abandoned school next to it with homeless cart pushers, needless to say NOT The Best Area to buy or rent Any More!

Avoid these apartments, they are crooks. They took advantage of me moving out during Harvey. The office manager is a bad person with no morals. Also my car was broken into 3 times here, the crime is bad. Dominos won’t even deliver here because their drivers get robbed.

Lupita has been amazing to deal with since her position in the management.
She has treated me with respect when asking her so many questions concerning the apartments.
She is a very nice and knowledgeable woman and the person i would rather speak with when it comes to apartments.

Lived here from 2010 to 2018, *most* of that time was pretty good. Our apartment was not directly affected by hurricane Harvey, but we did have a bit of a bug problem afterwards- not blaming the apartment complex or management itself.
HOWEVER!
Dealing with the aftermath of the insect problem left a lot to be desired. They know we did not have a vehicle or a place to stay and allowed the exterminator to schedule highly inconvenient times to come and bomb the place. Our work schedules & lack of transportation turned this into a much bigger issue than it should have been. Solution? We dealt with the problem on our own (not very well, admittedly) and then decided to move! We found a place almost twice as big for just a hundred or so more. Admittedly they gave us an amazing move-in deal. There are pros and cons with living here, as there are with any other apartment complex. Still one of the better places I've lived. Just wish they could have worked with us better on the roach & flea extermination. You could do better.but you could also do much much worse! Keep your place super-clean when it storms really bad! That's my advice.

Rats in my apartment.only to be moved to a roach infested unit with water leaking everywhere. Don't waste your time or your money this complex is a joke!

Office knew unit had bedbugs. Paid deposit and 1st month rent and still had to pay for a hotel for a month until the problem was resolved. Management is pocketing money I wouldn't recommend anyone to move here
