Cindie's - Highway 249, Houston TX

Was not told at checkout that clothes could not be exchanged or returned becuz of covid nor does it say that on the receipt. Of course I know certain things can not be returned. Wrote to customer service to see what they could do for me and all I got was an automated response. Nothing has been resolved nor has anyone reached out to me. Now I'm stuck with $100 of merch I cant do anything with!

Do not go to this location! The worst customer experience I was talked into purchasing a product from Brooke on 5/28 that cost 250 bucks. When she turned it on at the store it would not turn off she continued to press and press and finally she got it off then when home and tried to turn it on loud noise and will not turn off! I immediately called within the same hour after purchasing and of course the girl I spoke with said she left for day and will return in am. I called today 5/29 and she is not in. Asked for managers she’s on vacation how convenient. I called the owner and left a message have not heard back! It’s not the money it’s the principle I have stopped
Payment till someone from store contacts me. Worst customer service they do not back their products DO Not but from there!

Me and my boyfriend had a great experience here! Came in looking for 2 things and left with a bag full of goodies. Brooke did an amazing job, she recommended and showed us options for what we were looking for and showed us how to properly use them! I will definitely be coming back to Cindies, honestly because of Brooke’s customer service:)

If you wanna get a toy, don't be afraid to ask questions.the employees don't judge and they'll answer your questions as best as they can.

Visited this location with a lady and a guy friend of mine. The staff was fantastic. We were there to help the lady friend get her first vibrator. The staff helped guide us with recommendations and detailed knowledge of the products we viewed. In the end she left with her first toy, I left with a new toy, and our guy friend had a few new ideas to pitch to his wife. Thanks for making it a great experience!

Loved the staff! The two girls that help me and my husband were so nice and helpful. It’s hard to find employees like that.

I have read some negative reviews about this Cindies. Let me tell you this staff is awesome! Lailah was so helpful and very courteous she made my shopping experience at Cindies a great one! Thank you and I will send my friends!

Rude staff and awful management. They assumed I couldn’t do my job and refused to hire me without even an interview.

Very unprofessional and uninterested, the store in the Woodlands, would not price match their own advertisements for their store, all prices marked up, had a sale going for a certain item also and would not honor that, manager of the store totally unwilling to help! They have lost my business permanently.

If I could do less than a 1 Star I would. DO NOT SHOP HERE. Absolute worst shopping experience of my life. The sales associate literally followed me and my boyfriend around the store the ENTIRE TIME. Every time we picked up something she was on us like a hawk. I will never shop here again. Do yourself a favor and go to Adam & Eve instead.

The ladies were really helpful. I went in looking for a dildo and as you may know, dildo shopping can be kind of difficult because they look different from the outside of the packaging. One of girls approached me and asked if I wanted her to take them out of the box. Of course, I said yes and I was able to pick the perfect one for myself, because of her. The store was very clean and had adequate lighting which was a feature I also liked. Will be going back. Thanks ladies.

As a man buying a 'toy' for my wife it was difficult to find an employee to speak frankly regarding the personal preferences or experiences the employee had when I asked about a particular item. My wife is embarrassed visiting your store. I don't know why. Everyone is there for the same thing, personal and shared pleasure.
I am not suggesting placing a man in the store in order to ask these questions. Nor do I want a female employee to recommend a product based on commission. I guess I am asking for honesty. Thank you.

I will never go back to this store my husband bought a noveltie there that was broken call the store the next day to let them know and they said you can't return the item all sale are final really just spent 65.00 for nothing damn shame.
