Cinemark 20 and XD reviews
21Came for a 8pm showing, everything was nice, nice people at the front and the seats were clean. Only issue was the snake bar had the slowest moving line I had seen at a theater, and all they were serving was popcorn and soda's since they were out of almost every thing else. Hopefully that was just a bad night.
They were sold out of over half the items. No large cups but still charging large prices for gas station styrofoam cups. No large popcorn containers. No water. No candy. No slushies. If you are looking for a movie theater experience avoid this theater.
One of my favorite theaters. When I worked here years ago they treated me right. The. They remodeled and it got even better. True, some things could be better, but it's overall my go to when wanting to see a movie.
It was ok. The places wasn't the cleanest. All of the concession stands were dirty and the popcorn station as well. The level of customer was average. What I did like is the contactless check in and that when you order your snacks online, the bring your concession order to your seat, neatly packed in a bag. That was a big plus for me. I took my father to the movies. He's elderly and disabled. Having them meet me at our seats meant everything. Very busy night. Overall, a good experience.
It's a decent theatre. We went to the one where they don't have luxury lounges. No complaints but expected little more cleaner seats.
I hadn't been to a movie theater in a few years and they have changed!
It was an awesome experience.
Everything was so clean and they were on top of being covid safe with masks and hand sanitizer everywhere!
Typical run of the mill movie theater. Reclining seats, draft beer, wine, and pizza hut. No kitchen, no liquor, and busy location. Facilities are a little worn from age.
Cold and stale popcorn with no refills, and $8 for two cups (not bottles) of fountain water. Good to see movie theaters are still ripping people off.
There's no forced space reservation between different parties but we can't get free refills on our large popcorn and sodas still.
I hadn't been to this theater in a long time, the last time I came it was Tinsel Town but still a great place only thing was the concession stand was out of stuff like large drinks, large popcorn what's a theater without that.
XD screen experience is always awesome and sound quality is outstanding! Customer service at the concessions stand was friendly and fast. Overall a great night out!
Notified staff that there were audio issues for our movie and was told "We'll notify our manager" and sat through an hour of the movie with busted audio for them to fix it. What a waste of time with no follow up and uncaring customer service from their staff.
Great Theater with nice interior, sound effects etc and have the quality of any other mainstream movie theatres in the US. The food and beverages section was operated by a lousy team when we went there and seem to be not bothered about serving customers.
Movie was great. We went at 10pm showing but arrived at 7: 35 on Sunday. They were out of food almost completely. What little they did have was meh. Haven't been to the movies since before the pandemic and I wouldn't recommend going again now. And I love the theater. Overall experience was ok. Nothing to brag about.
In the last few weeks I have gone to see Ghostbusters: Afterlife, Resident Evil: Welcome to Raccoon City and Spider Man: No Way Home; all three of which were extremely enjoyable and our service has always been top notch. They even have treated my service dog with kindness and respect. All in all it is a great theater with exceptional staff.
Awesome place just wish they had more arcade games for kids. Took my 5 year old to watch Clifford and she wanted to play games but not many for kids.
Always a pleasure to take in a flic sitting in the Luxury Loungers. An accessible location close to home. It’s our first choice for seeing films on the big screen. Can’t wait to see The Eternals in Real D 3D. We’ve even tried the D-Bix seats. Interesting but not suited to every film.
Really? Waiting in line TEN MINUTES to buy drink. Twelve people in front of me. ONE PERSON working counter. Where are managers? Girl at counter looks list! Guessing she is new. This is RIDICULOUS!
Modern, clean, good seats, projector, screens. Great service by the staff. Cafe has awesome food choices and services. Simply loved being here with family.
This place has a lot of sentimental value to me. It's not perfect and its lively and boisterous environment make the concession stand wait a little longer but the environment is comfortable and the people share in your excitement.
