Cinemark 20 XD and ScreenX, El Paso TX

This has been my go-to theater for years. Theatres 1 & 20 are the best screens and D-Box adds a lil something extra. You can order your tickets and drinks through the app but I tried it once and the popcorn was cold so I pick up from the line. But arrive early because concession lines can take upwards of 15min.

Kids working there just have no clue! Order your snacks and have to fight to get out because of line. So unorganized!

The actual movie theater is great. Great seats, signed up for the rewards and had the food ready once we arrived. The reason for the low score is the parking lot! I can not believe that management has not realized there is no painted parking spaces! So of course you have inconsiderate people parking in two spots! While driving to find a spot. I noticed so many cars that the owners decided that two spots will be sufficient enough to park their ugly beat up cars. Then there were cars parked way to close to each other. Come on people park in your spot!

Nice theater, clean, friendly staff. Ticket prices aren't horrible, concession prices are better than most.

Movies are fine. The problem is the facilities. I went to the restroom and there’s always pee on the floor, the soap dispensers have none, and the faucets don’t work. We spend a lot of money coming to a function. Please do better

Great place to watch movies but they are limited in their food selection. Beverages are limited to coke brand products and water. Overall it was a most enjoyable experience.

Bad. Concession stand was terrible. I had to go back during the movie to go get my snakes. Terrible

For charging an exorbent amount of money for snacks and drinks, you would think they would have more than one or two lines open on a Saturday night. The line was very long then an employee eventually directed some of us to the bar to help move the line, which took even longer.it was a mess. The XD theater was clean, the audio / video was great.

Honestly so disgusting how there is popcorn all over the floor and nobody cares to clean up. I told the manager how bad it was and he simply said alright. No care or costume service. This was only one piece. The whole place looked gross!

Looked at the movie times on line and decided to go see MobLand at 1: 30 today, Sunday, August 6th. When we got there, the girl at the ticket counter told us that movie is not scheduled for 1: 30 on Sunday, Aug. 6th. I pulled out my phone and showed her the website for the movie/date/time, and she responded, well it’s not on our schedule here. I showed her my phone and had her verify that the website did indeed show the movie scheduled to be shown at 1: 30, Aug. 6th. She said “well that’s wrong”. I said I know, bt aren’t you going to tell anyone? She responded “we aren’t responsible for the website, that’s corporate”. I told her she should notify the manager and corporate should also be notified. This is the FOURTH time this has happened to us at THIS theater. We go to the movies every weekend and have never encountered this problem anywhere else. Additionally, my husband is disabled and it is an effort to go anywhere, bt we do whatever is necessary to get out and enjoy life. Tinseltown at Las Palmas in El Paso certainly ruined our day. You get zero stars for your rating!

I've been coming here since it opened. Always enjoy my visits. Good for dates with the wifey.

Quality of products terribly inconsistent and even unacceptable at times. Don't expect a %100 pleasant customer experience every visit -you'll be disappointed unfortunately.
Customer service is improving hence the added two stars.
Cleanliness needs to be improved dramatically.

CINEMARK IS FAILING THIS LOCATION!

Can’t believe they show movies in spanish here. Regular movies in English are shown in the smaller theaters while the spanish versions are shown in the bigger & better theater. Unbelievable.
