Cinemark at Pearland and XD reviews
16It's a Movie Theatre.they keep it clean and the staff is nice.they do have a problem with juveniles at night causing a disturbance in the movies. Last time I was there the kids continually ran in and out of the movie theater passing me and others requesting to lift my legs and then talking throughout the movie. I simply asked them to stop and they did.
Not happy with the customer service. We went to see Spider-Man, My son is 2 and does not stay still. The usher came in and my husband had to take him out. My son had neuroblastoma and opsoclonus myoclonus. We were just trying to do something as a family since he was feeling good and likes Spider-Man. I'm very disappointed in the way my child dad treated. I will not be going back.
The assigned seating is going to kill the theater industry. No one wants to sit on the outside or spread out randomly throughout the theater if they attend with a party.
Went on a Friday afternoon. Hardly anyone there. We loved it! The icing on the cake is the reclining seats! This may end up being my go to theater!
Went to see Goosebumps with my BFF. It was great. It was clean, quick service, decent parking. We were able to park and walk to a restaurant of our choice until the movie started.
I don't think the manager, like her job. Been twice since the Cinemark open and each time after I purchase popcorn the manager is a little unwelcoming, like we are getting 9n her nerves or something.
It's a good place. The quality of picture and sound are great. Staff are pretty friendly but need work on preping the snacks. It's ok.
Whomever is in charge of sound, come on! Yes due to XD being sold out I bought the regular, non XD but seriously no kind of sound for a theater?
Not a-lot of people come here which is why we love this place. It’s quiet and always clean (their restroom is really clean)
I hadn't been to this movie theater in over 3 years but I went this past Saturday and I love the new upgrade with the recliner seats very nice and clean. Thoroughly enjoyed myself
Love the reclining seats, spacing between rows and the beer wine list. I had a frozen margarita and we sat back and enjoyed a great movie. Definitely will be back.
The employees were knowledgeable and respectful. The theatre was clean and well maintained. My only complaint didn't have anything to do with the facility specifically, the family next to us in a pg-13 film had a young child (6ish) made a ton of noise. They were playing with the swat and crunching wrappers, just making lots of unnecessary noise.
Cindy and Lily were both very polite, efficient, and had amazing customer service!
When choosing your seat there should be an option on screen (or at least verbally spoken by the seat taker) or it should actually be mandatory to not be able to choose a seat right next to another family. There should be a seat or two that are unable to be chosen or occupied on the screen so space can be maintained between families to stay safe.
The movie hostesses weren’t handing out the Paw Patrol Coloring Papers to parents and children. We had to ask for a couple ourselves and believe me…we want those!
We went during children hours and I didn’t see anyone cleaning anything on down time. Not when we arrived. Not during the few trips to the bathroom or while getting movie snacks. If you have time to lean; you have time to clean and cleaning is very important right now. Cleaning REPETITIVELY should also be mandatory and that’s the perfect time to be thorough and do so because you have enough time to hit high touch and high occupied areas.
Other than that we enjoyed ourselves on our first movie outing in a long time.
Went to see Jungle Cruise movie it was good. The theater had no butter for their popcorn and didn't mention this b4 the popcorn was ordered. I didn't purchase and the manager said she was informed that mostly all theaters were experiencing a shortage of BUTTER. WHAT'S UP WITH THAT.
Went there wanting to use the wonderful EV var chargers out front. Unfortunately, neither of them works. No movies for me, Cinemark. Fix your chargers!
