Meals are alright but not for what you pay for, great selection of food and snacks, very clean theater all around and did not have to go far to find someone to assist you.

On a growing side of town, it does have an appeal of being away from the city. Little confusing on the set up for getting your tickets and snacks. Arcade is small. Overall it is clean. Get the app to start saving money cause it is pricy. Average place for movies.

This place is very clean and have lots of polote and helpful workers. Love the perks we get with the membership.

Very nice theater. Alcohol is expensive, sneak in your own! Guys that work the concession stand know how to take a joke. Great experiences here.

The theater was awesome. All the staff was friendly and helpful. The seats were comfortable, the temperature was comfortable and we watched a great movie. Sonic the hedgehog. Over all we had an excellent experience.

Love this place. Nice open seating, beer. Getting through concessions takes a little long. Nice place.

The food area gets a little crowded but is very cool. And not all the theaters have reclining seats.

Watched Aquaman and Spider-man. Great movies, the staff was great too. Didn't even chase me as I entered the other movies, what a pleasant buncha employees. [This is a joke] Maybe, I don't know.it's classified.

The seats weren't the reclining seats. Reserved seating sucks. Theatre almost empty yet us few were slmost th next to each other. Normally I would have moved.

Rude.rude.off all the theaters.this has the most rude people.especially the guy where u get ur tivkets.the breaded guy.he most really hate his job.everytme I come
Here I try too avoid him.but I always get him.he answers u like his doing u a favor.an people at concession.don't even look at u.or answer u.when asking questions an forget about a smile or hello.

An acceptable cineplex. Checks all the boxes for being what it is but not much more than that. Bathrooms and theaters are clean. The sound is at a reasonable level, unlike some other theaters with eardrum busting volume. Customer service is minimum wage level. It tends to be less busy, so it’s my go-to movie place.

Compared to the choice of theaters just a few years ago it's great to have a modern theatre on the east side. Clean, easily accessible and great sound and picture quality with room for those of us of a taller stature

Purchased my tickets online. When i went to the kiosk to pick them up, it was out of order. Went to the arcade to kill some time with my daughter before the movie started. The token machine was out of order. I asked the kids at the registers if i could purchase tokens from them, the response was "I think the token machine is out of order". So i decide to get some pictures of us inside the photo booth that prints out the strip of 4 or 5 photos. Nothing doing, the machine wouldnt accept my card. I was expecting the movie to show with no sound!

It's the less busy location around town but only because of its location. The consession layout is unique so that you go through it as you're going into your theater.

Such a friendly approach when buying tickets keeps me going back to this place with all my family. Thanks cinemark east!

Absolutely delightful experience! Thank you for taking care of my family and I as we watched our last movie before I head out to Afghanistan! Mr Gonzalez went out of his way to take care of us and made it a great family night out!

I lost 2 items on the same day after visiting the theater and they went and get it at soon I call them and where able to ind them clean, prices are good. And have a lot o Salas with good sounds

Great place, not too congested with people. Next, free refills on large drink/popcorn. They charge for Jalapenos and offer liquor/beer.

I always order our tickets via fandango and we buy our snacks at the theater. Its fast and easy especially that they have reserved seating! It's great. Most people don't talk through the showing and you can complain about it and management will handle it. Easy peasy.

Have of the snack bar is closed and lines are long but the prices are still the same. They should have half price sales also.
