Cinemark West Plano XD and ScreenX

After coming couple of times here I thought to give my review for this place. They have great features for seats and food service. They will bring your food inside the theater if you want to order food while you running late for your movie. Especially in winter you can heat your back seat with your choice of level. Very comfortable while watching movie.

Wonderful theater with a numberof seating options. Concessions, as in all theaters, are pricey but selection quite good and fresh. My normal go-to theater.

The theater has curb appeal, ample parking, & is typically clean & well maintained on the inside -with occasional exception. This theater has luxury loungers, 3d, xd, etc, so sometimes the ticket prices are a bit high for comfort, but because the concession area is set up so nicely & runs like a well oiled compartmentalized machine, you can get in, get what you want, & get out & over to your movie much more quickly than at other theaters, so I appreciate that, & am willing to pay a premium to get my ticket quickly, get a great variety of snack & drink quickly, & get on to my premium lounger without delay. The main drawback of this particular theater is the other clientele, & their general lack of consideration of others. -It's also off of the tollway, so that's another cost to consider.especially if you are notably further north or south. Overall, I would still recommend

Went to go see Venom: Let There Be Carnage and really enjoyed the experience! Staff was super friendly and helpful, ensuring a speedy checkout and answering our questions on how to get snacks for the movie as I hadn't been there before. Bought our tickets online and the website was very easy to maneuver and understand, as were the directions to scan the tickets when you first walk in to be granted entry.

I've been going to Cinemark West Plano for a long time. It is my default selection when we want a big screen. It is impressively consistent and always an enjoyable time. Nice work - thank you.

I like this theater a lot. Reclining seats, heated lumbar support (what!?), good popcorn, and Coke products. Trays and cup holders attached to the seats. Clean bathrooms. What's not to love?

Save your money! Supper expensive food and drink. Poor quality. The place is operated by teenagers. Very lacklustre service. No plans to ever go back.

I always like coming here.:) Seats are clean, and they have trays and seat warmers. I dont have to bring a jacket anymore. The bathrooms are very nice. The staff at concessions were surprisingly super friendly during my last visit (shout out to the cashier around 3: 45 on 10/10 in case managers are reading this). Only caveat is that the food isn't great, even the popcorn. My expectations of movie theater food are pretty low, though, so I didn't subtract a star.

Finally seen The James Bond Movie.by the way James was not running around saying "I don't have Time To Die ". Go and see Daniel Craig great performance, if you haven't seen the latest film yet. You won't be disappointed.

My boyfriend and i went to watch a movie, there was this girl that was on her phone the WHOLE ENTIRE TIME…WITH FULL BRIGHTNESS. I had asked her to put it away, for it was quite distracting. She hadnt and continued to be in her phone. I went to find management and Conner P, helped me out alot by escorting her out and allowing everyone else to enjoy the movie! Great service, comfy chairs and people who actually care about their customers:)

Had the worst experience ever tonight watching the Eternals. Kids screaming and stomping on the floor, no parents to be found anywhere. Went and complained to the staff and they said they would handle it.they didn't do anything the whole movie was ruined. I will not be coming back.

Went and saw Ghostbusters Afterlife and had a blast.

Seats are comfy, clean and easy to get to. On of the best places to watch movies.

Always love coming here! The food is good and hot and readily available. Seats are comfy/ recline and have heaters.

It was great except the women's restrooms were kind of messy, although maybe because of a busy Friday night. It was nice to go and enjoy a good movie it was the first time for me to see a movie at the theater since the pandemic started.

Next to the corporate headquarters of Cinemark so kind of a blinged out showcase location.

I really love this Cinemark location in Plano.
Try to go to XD as this is the best way to see a movie, great sound and visual. Of course comfortable seats with heater if you need it.

The flatbread pizza is really good at the eatery / bar and having it delivered to the auditorium was great.
I went to the DBox show - movement of seat with everything in movie keeping you aware and awake!
This was a very pleasant viewing experience. I'm one that always sees IMAX, XD, - and now DBox!
